Upon hitting rock bottom, Derek becomes obsessed with pulling back the curtain on the malevolent mastermind responsible for his brother’s gruesome demise. There is a fantastic twist in this story, and when the tables are turned, it makes for a gnarly, yet very satisfying conclusion! This story was something that I thought I could anticipate the twists and turns in, and some of them I could but the ending was definitely different than I had imagined it when I first started and I loved that. There are never truly happy endings with tales like these but somehow I felt peace and closure with the final chapter. This is about a relative of one of the victims taking matters into his own hands and discovering who's really behind the challenge.

Always fun writing - and terrifying to think of how challenges like these are still so prevalent and continue to be a parent’s worst nightmare. Aron's work I usually love because most of his output at this point is so comicly over the top with how gruesome the pictures that he paints are and how many taboos he chooses to break. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice.

An avid supporter of horror art and illustration, Aron has made it his standard to hire illustrators for every book that he puts out himself under his brand AB Horror. By completing your purchase, you agree to Audible's Conditions of Use and authorise Audible to charge your designated card or any other card on file. Incredibly thoughtful, important but simultaneously wonderfully trashy and entertaining story about the influence that the internet has on humanity. From trolls, stalkers, online threats, to predators that seek out our precious and innocent children. But it’s written by Aron, so it drips tears and other body fluids and pain as well as being dark and evocative.

His writing is dark and without boundaries and, as a result, he's won the Splatterpunk Award once after garnering 3 total nominations. And in this one he addresses one of the modern problems to have reared its ugly head with technology – the internet and the anonymity it promises. This story will take you to many uncomfortable places, lots of gore and violence, and, of course, suicide. When a book is touted as “every parents worst nightmare”; it leaves your mind open to all the possibilities.
