If you know what’s going to happen in a later scene but don’t know how you are going to get there, jump to that scene and start writing.

It’s been two months since Carlie left Australia to live with her grandmother, following the death of her parents. You can use this outline to quickly pick up from where you left off (particularly useful for novels with multiple points of view) or diagnose where you might have taken a wrong turn in your plot. It is true that no-one ever knows what really happens behind closed doors, and in this book that couldn’t be more true. Sorry, But it is sickening for me that You Steal work from other people, That you use the childhood trauma from a real person for your character, That your book is based on plagiarism. This book made me question what I was comfortable with and what I was willing to believe for the sake of a story.Overall still a fairly gripping read, and I might have marked it higher had my expectations not been so high. Even if the name isn’t immediately obvious to you, the more we get to know him, the more it will come flooding back. I’m a huge fan of the author’s work and I must admit that this book brought a little smile to my face, mysterious disappearances aside, because of the nod to one of the author’s previous books.

If anything, ‘Into The Dark‘ is hugely addictive and it reads immensely fast so the pace is definitely spot-on.Cummins adds in a bit of texture as we learn about potential marital issues, dodgy business dealings and a daughter who’s less-perfect than she comes across. I also am absolutely appalled you would take someone else’s SA story and make it the background story for a serial killer. I like how he's not likeable at all and the author does not shy away from how ridiculous he is but rather leans on that and also how he's not redeemable at all!

But when the ship he’s traveling on is knocked out of hyperspace in a galactic-wide disaster, Reath finds himself at the center of the action.

I liked it, a lot, even if it's not as dark as I thought it would have been ( at least for me, guess my mind is kinda deviated at this point LOL).
