The earbuds operate by touch sensor: tap once on the right to increase volume, left to decrease volume. The problem is that it doesn’t really work, so you need to touch the main body to ensure a tight fit. The instruction manual has a helpful tip to circumvent this, stating that you should try to hold the stems when placing the buds in your ear or adjusting their position.
