I noticed that if you don't go pretty light on some of the colors they don't break down completely and you end up with a chalky tone, but if you start light and work darker they are fine. The vibrant fluorescent hues are perfect for adding a pop of color that glows beautifully under a black light. It doesn’t take up too much space on my desk or in my lap when I’m traveling, but if you wanted something more compact and easier to fit in your pocket or purse, I think the 24- count is the way to go.
