In „die Unannehmlichkeiten von Liebe“ von Ali Hazelwood geht es um drei Freundinnen, die jede auf ihren eigenen, völlig unterschiedlichen, Weg ihre Liebe und ihren Partner fürs Leben finden. This, I suppose, is what happens when you meet your best friends in grad school: One minute you're happy as a clam, clutching your shiny brand-new engineering diploma, giggling your way through a fifth round of Midori sours. Hoping that line might be edited in the future, especially since she did a good job to avoid the "I'm clean" comment.

They meet again when Hannah gets her dream job at NASA where Ian works, but it’s not smooth sailing as Hannah thinks that Ian has sabotaged her project. They are typical Ali Hazelwood books and I’m not mad about it because it was what I went in expecting.

This miscommunication is heaviest here and I wanted to shake Sadie a few times but the chemistry between these two is HAWT. The first 2 stories you can kinda relate because even tho you have never lived you either heard stories or idk can empathise more. An environmental engineer discovers that scientists should never cohabitate when she finds herself stuck with the roommate from hell—a detestable big-oil lawyer who won’t leave the thermostat alone. After reading some reviews for "the love hypothesis", it's become clear that apparently this is Hazelwood's whole shtick: tiny fragile women who are intellectually smart but emotionally absolutely incompetent, fall for big, fit, brooding men with big arms and big dicks. This is a fun and quirky read, involving lots of Cheez-Its (which are some sort of cracker…maybe like Cheddar Shapes in Australia), gaming and The Bachelor/Bachelorette.

BIG hands and BIG shoulders, but there’s not much else going on other than the fact they’re all gorgeous (which I’m not complaining about 🥵). Though in my other reviews I haven't mentioned this, I think it would be great to get away from the "guy being in love with the girl at first sight" thing for a novel or two. Sometimes a girl just needs a break from a lengthy slow-burn, and this was 3 quick, easy read romances in one. I listened to them last year when they were released as audios only but did a re-read when they came out in this new bundled book, Loathe to Love You, and I think I liked them even more the second time around.

Wenn ihr die Geschichten nicht in diesem Sammelband lest, achtet bitte trotzdem darauf sie in der richtigen Reihenfolge zu lesen, da sie schon in gewisser Weise aufeinander aufbauen. As for Below Zero, I flipped to a random page and threw the book at the wall when I saw the word MASSIVE.
