An unauthorised biography by Bower of Richard Desmond, titled Rough Trader, was written and printed in 2006, but still awaits publication.

After attending the William Ellis School in Highgate, Bower studied law at the London School of Economics, before working as a barrister for the National Council of Civil Liberties. JLS fans go wild as boyband announces new tour dates for summer 2024: 'This just gave me goosebumps! Sympathy for Thomas’s plight, however, evaporates with each passing chapter, as he takes credit for all of his daughter’s achievements, and becomes ever more of a loose cannon.

But these two are a very unappealing couple who are trading off their royal titles for money and fame.

With his legal hat on, he suggests that an upheld judgment against a Mail newspaper’s publication of her private letter happened because, “as a class, Britain’s judges were unsympathetic to the Mail newspaper group”. He is known for his investigative journalism and for his unauthorised biographies, often of business tycoons and newspaper proprietors. In his testimony, Bower presented the findings regarding Huber as if they were novel, adding that “Among the Swiss lines of defense is that there is nothing new in [Bower’s] allegations.Honestly as more is released from the couple themselves, this just comes off as both an attempt to make a quick tidy profit and a pre-emptive strike at the couple and any gossip they may reveal. A former Panorama reporter, his books include unauthorised biographies of Tiny Rowland, Robert Maxwell, Mohamed Al-Fayed, Geoffrey Robinson, Gordon Brown and Richard Branson. It chronicles Meghan's life and career from birth onwards, as well as of course her introduction to Harry and explosive departure from the royal family. So if Bower’s book, no less than the related interviews, seems suffused with a wild malice, perhaps it comes from a good and loyal place.

She said to her father "I want to be famous, I want to walk down the red carpet" and marrying Harry she achieved exactly that ambition. However, he said 'it went wrong' and why it went wrong he said he has 'explained fully' in his new book. Mr Bower alleges that Her Majesty responded to aides who told her the Duchess of Sussex would be absent by saying: “Thank goodness.

Jamaica has been talking about it so long, that it only needed the spur of Barbados for them to finally speak out. The famous not for profit foundations, we learn, have been incorporated in Delaware - a state with no known connection to either Sussex but conveniently where the accounts don't have to be made public and so noone has the slightest clue what 'expenses' are now lining Sussex pockets from the supposedly charitable foundations. To Tom Bower’s list of the world’s great villains – Klaus Barbie, Robert Maxwell, Jeremy Corbyn – we can now add the Duchess of Sussex. Netflix is showing commercials of their upcoming show which has been dubbed 'Oprah with more crying', but the stills do not come from events with Meghan but from all sorts of other ones, including the US, and from before they were even a couple. This was, however, an titillating listening experience, sort of like being the proverbial fly on the wall. For starters it is, blessedly in my opinion, devoid of any sensational language and "histerical tone", it simply picks up the thread of how it all began and brings it almost to present day.
