You must first buy the “Death From Above” skill in the Heron skill tree. This will allow you to perform a stealth takedown while jumping on enemies. Jumping down while using a zipline is the easiest way to get this trophy. Using the glider or parachute is harder and unpredictable. Ziplines can be found during many main story missions, but are rarely found near enemies in the open world. The earliest opportunity you will have to get this trophy is during Mission 6: “The Medusa’s Call”. No matter where you try to use the zipline to kill an enemy, the strategy is always the same: throw some stones to lure nearby guards under the zipline.
