I've tried a few wireless n access points trying to speed up my home network. We have a brilliant wireless system at work, but those ap's are way too expensive for home use. I've tried Cisco, Netgear and now ubiquiti, and for home the price and speed of the ubiquiti is fantastic. I'm just about to buy another.

The Ubiquiti Networks UAP-AC-LITE is an access point designed for reliable wireless network connectivity. With support for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, it offers flexibility in terms of network compatibility. The access point has dimensions of 160 millimeters in width, 160 millimeters in depth, and 31.4 millimeters in height, making it compact and easy to install. Weighing 170 grams, it is lightweight and can be easily mounted using the provided kit. The range of the new router unfortunately did not cover the house so instead I decided to disable the WiFi from the router and replace it with 2 of these.
