Once the cards are dealt, and you all understand the game’s objective, it is time to start playing! It is the player sitting to the left of the dealer that will be the first to play. On your turn, if you don't have any playable cards, you must draw a card. If you draw a card, and its not playable, your turn ends. If its playable, you must play it. The objective of Uno Flip is to get rid of all your cards before your opponent does and achieve 500 points. The game introduces new action cards, such as Draw One, Reverse, Skip Everyone, Wild Draw Color Card, and more. You can use up to 2 cards from your hand to make a match. When the match is made out of both number and color, you get some bonus depending on how many matches you make. The first player who successfully discards all their cards is declared as the winner of that round.

Once you select Start Game, you'll see the cards you have in your hand. Be sure all other players have joined before you start the game! They will not be able to join after you start the game. When a Wild Draw Four card is played, the next player in sequence has the right to challenge the playing of the card if he/she believes that the player does have at least one card in the current color. The player of the Wild Draw Four card privately shows his/her cards to the challenging player. If the challenge is successful then the player who played the Wild Draw Four must draw four cards; otherwise, the challenging player must draw six cards and miss a turn. Regardless of the outcome, the Wild Draw Four remains on the discard pile and the color of further play is the color named by the player who played the card.
