I can see the BL03 being described in different ways. Neutral with bass boost, perhaps mildly V-shaped if one is sensitive to treble, but in my books I’d classify it as simply “warm”. Good day! After 4 days of casual and critical listening, here’s my written review for the Blon BL-07. The “best” BLON yet!

ERGONOMIC DESIGN AND COMFORTABLE TO WEAR: The BLON BL-03 earphones are designed with an ergonomic shape that fits comfortably in the ear canal. The earphones are molded based on professional ear canal data analysis, ensuring that they fit securely and comfortably for extended periods of use. Overall, the construction is very good, the design is bold and eye-catching, but the performance is compromised, due to the ergonomics. I find them painfully fatiguing to listen to, to the point where I pull them out and use the busted old pair of Soundmagic E11 or E10 they were meant to replace. No don’t get the QDC, the blons actually have a weird connector shape that doesn’t fit the QDC connectors. Just get the regular 2 pins The Blon BL-MAX isn't able to provide the quality of layering that is needed for music with a more complicated and complex bass line.I don’t know what that would equate to in technical terms, probably a waveform thats blowing out all over the place. Once you change the cable and get appropriate tips, the BL-05S sounds better than the BL-MAX in nearly all categories except for sub-bass rumble (BL-05S is rolled-off in that region). Imaging and separation is class-leading on the BL-05S so the BL-MAX don’t sound that impressive anymore. However, the BL-05S has a controversial color and I know many who didn’t buy simply because of the jade-green paintjob. BL-MAX has their own idiosyncrasies though with the oversized shell, so it’s a toss-up between them on aesthetics. My BLONs are different from each other. One has the flat 400-1000khz line and one looks just like the graphs you’ve measured. So one is a true BLON and the other is a dirty BLON 😉 Thank you so much for your reaching out to us. We are sorry about your problem. Please feel assured as we will try our best to help you to fix the problem. However, once you have managed to get a fit, the BL-03 has a more analogue-ish tone with a warm tuning that offers a colored-yet-appealing midrange. The treble is also more present than the BL-MAX.

The BLON BL-03 in some way reminds me of the Shure SE215 in some way, although they are at 2 different price points, which speaks really well for the BLON BL-03 actually. The only place where I would rank the Shures over the BLONs is in terms of fit since the Shures have an almost unbeatable and proven universal design. Both earphones have a sort of fun tuning and boosted bass, but I would find that the imaging on the BLONs is more accurate and immersive and the treble extension is much better on the BLONs as well. The Vesna have better isolation. The Vesna come in two versions (detachable cable versus non-detachable cable), but when comparing the non-detachable variant to the E3000, the Vesna’s cable has better reinforcement. Where to Buy

I don’t even know where to start with BLON, but it seems that they are now a company that needs no introduction. So let’s keep this section short and sweet. IEMs don’t usually get damaged. The cables can get damaged with usage. So it’s easy to replace them if they are conveniently detachable.

The TFZs are smaller, lighter, there are more colours to choose from, they have better ergonomics and are more comfortable. I prefer fun to a "I want to and can't get out of the vicious circle of the BL-03". Although, as I like the mids and they also have plenty of bass, it is possible that at other times, I would look for that comparative superior point between the two, in favour of the BL-Max, although I still think that they could have given more. The pair features a powerful combination of a 10mm carbon diaphragm dynamic driver and a 6mm lightweight micro dynamic driver with a precise electronic crossover to ensure a high-quality output with low distortion and high clarity. Both sets are smooth and lush, and the Tanya can perhaps be viewed as a baby Final Audio E3000. Vs. Astrotec Vesna Bill Withers’ vocals in “ Use Me” are just a little forward, with a fairly neutral density. This makes them feel real and close enough without being too intimate or too distant. It puts the vocals in front of the listener and not as if they’re shouting in your ears when they want to belt something out. Treble The E3000’s cable is unfortunately not detachable, which could be a deal-breaker for some. Non-detachable cables may be a point of failure down the line, not to mention some consumers may want to pair balanced/aftermarket cables with their IEM, or even hook up Bluetooth adapters. Many people who talk about the BL-03 on-line are measured in their evaluation. I think there is a general understanding among enthusiasts that the BL-03 has excellent tone for a chi-fi IEM, but suffers in technicalities. In particular ‘bass bloat’ is a term that has been thrown around regarding the BL-03, and I think it is entirely justified.

The BL-03 is their newest golden goose, often compared to established models like the Moondrop KXXS or the Tanchjim Oxygen despite its price. There are rumours that this was tuned by the same guy who tuned the Oxygen, but nothing has been officially confirmed. In conclusion, the BLON-03 IEMs are a delightful surprise for the budget-conscious audiophile. With their clarity, comfort, and versatility, they punch above their weight. However, if you demand premium build quality and thunderous bass, you might want to look elsewhere like QKZ X HBB, 7Hz Legato or Ikko OH10. For those on the hunt for a sonic adventure without emptying your wallet, the BLON-03 are a solid choice. Happy listening!Build quality of the earpieces themselves is stellar. I’ve never seen such a sturdy build for an IEM in this price range. The finish on both the mirror and gun-metal finishes is almost flawless and feels nice, smooth and sturdy in the hand. Definitely not some cheap sprayed on finish. The earbuds themselves do have some weight to them as well. Welcome to my Cliffnotes, a series where I push out rapid fire opinions of some of the IEMs I’ve heard while
