Description

The Sinugator is also incredibly easy to use and clean, making it a hassle-free addition to my daily routine. It's like the perfect pass from a teammate, it just flows seamlessly and effortlessly.

Other choices are distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron), commercially bottled or, as mentioned earlier, previously boiled water at lukewarm or body temperature. You can store boiled water in a clean container for seven days or more if refrigerated. I had prepared my own in the past, using sodium bicarbonate, kosher salt (no additives) and water. But I am tending to use a lot of the pre made sachets produced by Nelimed, due to the convenience and ease of use, as well as having the exact quantities needed for the measured pre-boiled water used. The few drops that I add of the povidone iodine is very effective in dealing with any infection and once cleared up I then return to the salt/ sodium bicarbonate solution in water. Two options for irrigation wands: The stream wand is for a full power rinse, and the mist wand is nice for a gentler rinse (basically to moisten your nasal passages.)

It can also be used to control nasal dryness and irritation caused by house dust, fumes, grass, pollen, smoke, or animal dander. Benefits for you Plugs in AND has the option for batteries: Most units are one or the other. This one gives you the option, making it portable if need be. NeilMed Sinugator relieves any symptoms of nasal allergies and nasal dryness. It is effective for treating sinusitis, rhinitis, allergic asthma, post nasal drip, nasal stuffiness, sinus pressure, and symptoms of cold and flu. Low Quality: Some customers complain that it feels like it’s not made well, such as with cheap plastic; and that it only lasted for a short period of time. (I must note that the manufacture does provide a 5 year unconditional warranty.)

Directions For Use & Warnings• Please read Warning before using. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED, IF SYMPTOMS PERSIST SEE YOUR DOCTOR/HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. One Nostril at a Time: Unlike the Navage, you have to rinse each nostril separately because it doesn’t push the water all the way through your sinuses. The pulsating action of the Sinugator helps to clean and clear my nasal passages like nothing else I have ever used. It's like I can feel my sinuses opening up, allowing me to breathe more freely and with more ease. It's truly remarkable how effective it is.This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. Cleaning Direction: Clean the Sinugator® by running plain water and dry with a clean lint free towel and then air dry the unit by keeping it open to the air. The nasal irrigator tip, blue reservoir and white soft tube can be disinfected by placing in the home microwave for 60 seconds. (Read additional details in enclosed brochure.) Clean the entire unit with a few drops of dishwashing liquid and water every three days to keep the unit clean. Please make sure to run enough water during each wash so no soap is left behind.

It probably is the best of what they could make for it to be a portable device. If the blue tank was increased in capacity to 500ml it would probably then be too big to handle, but having got the Sinupulse I do enjoy just having a large tank and then the "wired" wand to apply up to 750ml of pre-mixed water as needed. The flexibility of the wand and its capacity is great, but it costs so much more. Must be used over the sink: Unlike the Navage, there isn’t an outflow to catch the saline rinse and mucus, so you have to stand over the sink. attributes: "-_--_--_--_--_--_--_-Best match-_-grid-_-search successfull:1>-_--_--_--_--_--_--_-No-_--_--_--_-0-_-0-_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_--_-1" I have seen a couple of ENT specialist and undergone various tests. This has left me with me having to manage this situation and, thankfully, I have found that nasal irrigation plays a big part in doing just that. Not Very Portable: You must be near a power source because this one needs to be plugged into an outlet for power. This article was co-authored by Zora Degrandpre, ND. Sadly I am no stranger to Nelimed and their products, or more precisely my needs for nasal irrigation over the years due to Rhinitis, Sinusitis, and post nasal drips etc that trouble me far too often. Only irrigates your sinuses: If you want to irrigate more than your nasal cavities, such as your tonsils, you may want to go with another unit.
