If you're experiencing connection issues with your keyboard, please try the following troubleshooting steps that may help you find a resolution: Bluetooth: Open the Bluetooth settings on your computer to complete the pairing. You can find more information here. Your keyboard can be paired with up to three different computers using the Easy-Switch button to change the channel. With that being said, obey the following steps to use the Logical And Alt Code on supported laptops:

Open the Bluetooth® preferences on your computer, phone or tablet. Add a new peripheral by selecting “Keyboard K380” from the list of devices.
