I've tried an awful lot of protein bars and this is the very closest I've tasted to being an actual chocolate bar. With 18 grams protein and less than 3 grams of sugar I'm not quite sure how this has been achieved! The consistency is that of a Mars bar with a very very slight biscuit crunch. There is a gooey caramel quality to it as well as a cookie dough style quality. It just has a delightful mouth feel (unlike other protein bars which can be tough and dry). A peanut flavour protein dough with a peanut flavoured filling, topped with a layer of caramel, crispy pieces, covered in a milk chocolate topped with roasted peanuts.
