While the recipe for Cynar is a closely guarded secret, we know that its unique flavour is achieved in two stages. Then, you’ll top it off with Cynar, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and orgeat, giving it notes of sweetness, bitterness, zestiness, and nuttiness.
