When I saw what the bottle of Khamrah Lattafa Perfumes looked like, I was stunned and disappointed, and I did not immediately decide to write about this fragrance. So many times I've seen a "homme" fragrance's pyramid and thought "Ehm, make the bottle 'girly' and it could easily become popular on the women shelves. Sweet scents haven't been just for the ladies in a long time, and if you look at Middle Eastern perfumes, where the majority is unisex to begin with, you'll see that the guy-fums maybe have a little more (w)oudh or spice, but not always. I personally think when it comes to perfumes they have the right majority-idea: everything is for everybody.

To be honest, I rarely find the prices of perfumes "worth it", but I do think a lot of people will like this fragrance - men and women. Fair warning though – again- : if you are attracted to Khamrah because you're dreaming of smelling like Angel's Share for a fraction of the price... don't buy it. There are certainly nice dupes*, with a twist and with a very close to Killian-DNA, but both in its pyramid aswell as its scent on my skin, Khamrah is simply a unisex gourmand that could be loved by Angel Share enthusiasts on its own merit. Nothing more, nothing less. Sladunjav parfem, sa veoma bogatom aromom karamele, cokolade, ali i konjaka, veoma dugostrajne postojanosti na tijelu kada se naspreja i veoma primaljivog mirisa! On me on the other hand, it is way more sweet, some of my friends have described it as caramel. It’s a huge compliment getter. It doesnt smell too sweet however, it has a refreshing kind of nostalgic type of sweetness. But Angels' Share immediately goes to an alcoholic side – cognac in all its forms, and its sweetness is completely European in spirit and taste. Khamrah has a gingerbread meets cinnamon rolls kind of sweetness with a few extra delicious things thrown in. Which isn't strange considering the notes of cinnamon and nutmeg in the top.And here we finally leave Angels' Share By Kilian to continue on the date route of Khamrah Lattafa Perfumes. In Khamrah Lattafa Perfumes there are no alcohol notes at all, it smells of dates, and the date note in it is so strong and obvious that it can be compared with the date of Rouge Sarây Atelier des Ors and certainly exceeds the date of Aziyade Parfum d'Empire and Dates Delight The House of Oud. True, it cannot compete with the most date-like in the world Jardins de Misfah Une Nuit Nomade, which is the pinnacle of dateness, andcannot be surpassed. Like many of us, I don't like the idea of copying fragrances. Or rather, attempts to copy because really good copies do not exist. No imitation of a popular fragrance, whether it be Lost Cherry Tom Ford (which I think is the record holder for the number of imitations and fakes)or Angels' Share By Kilian, or La Vie Est Belle Lancôme, will smell as good as the original. It just won't smell the same. There can be no replacement and the quest to find a cheaper dupe is meaningless. Nisam to bila ja. The fact is that I tried Khamrah Lattafa Perfumes without even knowing what its bottle looked like. Among the samples of Arabic fragrances that one of the readers sent me was Khamrah. I liked it very much - a frank South, not even trying to flirt with Western tastes: fleshy dates and Arabic sweets, an abundance of beautiful spices, but at the same time without the obsessive suffocating sweetness that is often characteristic of Arabic perfumes.

Yes, this is a sweet perfume for lovers of sweet perfumes, however, Khamrah does not tyrannize with its sweetness, it remains affectionate and sweet, sophisticated and gentle. Khamrah doesn't make as much of a statement as most Arabian perfumes, but it's impossible to miss. And, of course, it is very strong and long lasting.And that's when I realized that I needed to say something about Khamrah Lattafa Perfumes, despite the bottle, despite the attempt to imitate another perfume, all the more strange because Khamrah is quite original and attractive precisely because of its originality. I found myself using Khamrah regularly on those days when I especially crave comfort and serenity, alternating it with two other fragrances of personal pleasure: Dolcelisir L'Erbolario and Eau Lente Diptyque, about whichsomeday I will certainly write, although this is not a new fragrance. All-in-all: while the original reason for the hype is weak (dupe), many have definitely, accurately designated Khamrah's worth. The fragrance can measure itself with scent and quality against a niche caliber juice and come out, if not on top, then certainly holding an award for “Best Middle Eastern Gourmand of 2022 with excellent marketing”.
