As a result of the shorter facing of this mouthpiece compared to the Custom Series, it is easier to play and obtain a rich, distinctive saxophone sound, which is especially beneficial for beginners. Beginners have less control of their mouths and their facial muscles and indeed their saxophones. As such a smaller sized mouthpiece makes it easier to get a great sound. You can choose from a variety of facings, but it doesn’t say how the facings differ. Still, it can be a good choice for anyone who plays classical music a lot.
