Humiliation Conga: Rose has it rough during the second half of the story, when her desperation to separate Ripley from Zeronis reaches an all-time high. She has Ripley kidnapped and forces her to write a breakup letter to Zeronis, only for him to see right through it and rescue Ripley. He then threatens Rose’s father into sending her to an abbey, a Fate Worse than Death for her. Finally escaping thanks to her father bribing the abbey, Rose sneaks into Zeronis’s mansion as a maid and tries to stab Ripley and Sylvia, only to set the mansion, and herself, on fire. When Ripley next finds her, she is living in delirium in the slums with burns so severe she wears a cloak at all times, and spends her days hallucinating that she is a duchess. Ripley only spares her from being executed because the original Ripley wouldn’t want her old friend to suffer (and she’s too far gone for punishment to matter). Then do you mean…the one who was once a poor orphan but happened to save the baron’s life and was adopted into his family? That Miss Etoile?” The comments don't help here either — the first top comment that confronted this issue (ep.11) was heavily downvoted compared to comments complimenting the duke & there were people actually trying to argue that "it's not a big deal". That creator actually brainwashed those readers. Smug Smiler: His other favorite expression. He smirks at nearly everyone and everything, usually when he's being intimidating or showy with his wealth or power.

Yandere: Was this way towards Etoile in the original story; he didn’t love so much as he desired her in a twisted, obsessive way. With Ripley, he’s still possessive and prone to jealousy, but Ripley figures out how to get around his “obsessive hero” mode (mostly through flattery and affirmations). A partir de aquí nos encontraremos una historia caótica y súper divertida donde Ripley intentará juntar a toda costa a los protagonista de la novela mientras el duque le exige a ella que se case con él, ya que debe hacerse responsable por esa primera noche juntos. The man in front of me had blond hair and blue eyes—which was no surprise, because the author of the book I’d been reading was obsessed with blond hair and blue eyes. Zeronis also experiences this during the last mini-arc of the story. After Wright points out that he never made a proper wedding proposal to Ripley, Zeronis becomes awkward at the mention of his wedding, something Ripley finds out of character. And why were all my memories full of naked bodies? There were so many beautiful things at that party in the book; why did I only remember naked bodies? My gaze slowly traveled upward from the hand to the attached arm. The woman I met yesterday certainly didn’t have biceps this big. As for the art, it's ok. Only the characters makes the long time reader frustrated like "is there unique about it?". Typical romance story as what it said in their prologue.. Very typical as typical as Cinderella or snow white story.

Daughter of Count Jenkinson, she is an arrogant noblewoman with an unrequited love for Zeronis. She was originally friends with Ripley before the protagonist enters her body, but after Ripley meets Zeronis, she becomes jealous and starts antagonizing Ripley.I struggled to pry my eyes open and desperately wished I had someone by my side as I searched for water. Screw the Rules, I Have Money!: Rose is able to get away with a lot of the offenses she causes because her father is wealthy and has connections. She literally paid off the abbey she was sent to for kidnapping Ripley so she could escape and try to kill her once more. It appeared I was near the beginning of the novel. According to the plot, I knew it was the heroine’s birthday today, and she was meant to meet the duke for the first time at her birthday party. Then, after a whirlwind of happy coincidences, they would live happily ever after… But it would take about a year for them to get married. Wasn’t that what you’d normally call a stranger? In that case, Ripley would probably just be an extra at the party.
