Because the living room is fully sealed, if necessary, this tent can easily accommodate 12 people in its floored area, and you still have the porch with its linked-in floor. Because of all these numbers, I have included it in my list of extra large family camping tents.

It was a replacement for a Vango Samara which was a good tent, but for some reason, it suffered from the wind and sometimes badly. Regarding the area, it is officially for 8 people. For this you have the inner floored area of 273.4 ft² (25.4 m²), plus 101.2 ft² (9.4 m²) under the porch. So these are simply incredible numbers. You will not find many tents on the market that can match this. We love its size, plenty of room means that our family of 5 and guests have adequate room and aren’t falling over each other or all our kit. This was the first time putting up the tent (in the rain) and it took us around 30 minutes to put up the main tent and porch. It took us a bit longer as a few rookie errors were made along the way. Mostly with the porch. Getting it to lean into the tent correctly so no rain got in was a challenge. We did the best we could but properly remedied this the next day when the rain had stopped by pulling it over the main tent a little tighter with the guide ropes. But they have added several vents on the sides so you should have enough cross flow even if you keep the doors closed. Other featuresThe quality of the tent is very good and bedroom pods are nicely laid out at either side of the tent, with a communal area in the middle. So, although it looks like a luxurious summer camping tent, I do not see any reason why it couldn’t be used year round in any weather conditions. But its flat roof and air beams are definitely not for snow conditions. The inner tent material is a 310T polyester, and this sounds incredible. The fabric is dark and so the tent can be described as a dark-rest construction. They call this Nightfall design. This allows you to sleep longer in the morning, and if you camp with small kids they can take a nap during the day. Ventilation

With so many inner tents you can organize the area as you wish. So if you do not need so many bedrooms, you can always remove some of the inner tents and have a much larger living area. You can remove all the inner tents and have a huge single-room shell for family events in the garden. Regarding seasons & climate, this is a luxurious family camping tent. Its waterproof rating is impressive and you will have full rain protection.I would suggest that even though the main tent is very large if you have, like us, lots of equipment like chairs, tables, cooker, fridge etc (we like to glamp lol) that you invest in the porch. Buying the porch will free up the living room for the chairs and table when you want to chill at night, playing board games or we watch a film off the laptop if the weather is bad. This Berghaus Telstar 8 Nightfall Air Tent is an impressive tunnel shaped structure with a modular design that includes 3 inner tents within the shell tent. The floor plan below reveals its inner structure. So you have 5 rooms plus a large porch which is on the left side in the picture. The yellow areas are the doors. The floor plan. Needed a bit of help from my friend's husband to put the porch up properly, but that's because it has the big sheet that goes over the top of the tent, and I couldn't get it over the top by myself. But otherwise it was easy to do.
