Great customer service, they replaced the small bowl for me about 4 times, even out of warranty, see cons below My final niggle was with the whisk attachment. It does the job but it’s a tad flimsy and struggled with larger volumes (800ml to 1l) of batter and cream, taking what felt like a lifetime to get it to the desired consistency. I use it to chop herbs, onions, meat, veggies, fruit purées; make smoothies, sauces, mashed potato; slice veggies (soft and hard) etc... There is a lot more it can do. Some of the attachments I haven’t used yet. For all Braun hand blender we can guarantee that are free from chlorinated paraffin since 2017. (We have the test report and are certified)

I like the fact it has a metal wand, so the soup colours do not transfer - and it blends absolutely perfectly. I love making tomato soup, and this blends everything, even the skins, which is fab. It has a lovely suction action so it does not spray food all over the hob too, so I can use it directly in the pan. It is pretty much the only blender that can guarantees being free from chlorinated paraffin. I specifically enquired about this to all the blender brands I could think of and Braun is the only one who could definitively assure me they were free of it: Includes parts, labour, call out and delivery charges, so you can rest assured there are no hidden costs. It’s important to read the manual. Find out how big the food pieces can be for the blades and motor to work. And beware ... some of those blades are incredibly sharp (cut myself a few times cleaning it). I hand wash all parts straight away, as I don’t trust the dishwasher with it (not all parts are dishwasher safe).
