It was in 1982, after years of study and perfection of production techniques, that Paolo Malfer decided to found Revì, the company that discovered its source of inspiration in the Trentodoc. Since 1957, the Cantina di Avio has been constantly committed to an idea of quality that comes directly from the Trentino region, with which master vine growers have made an indescribable pact. Ferrari Brut is made using the traditional, bottle fermentation method (called "Metodo Classico" in Italy). It was in the 1950s however, when the company passed into the hands of the current owners, the Lunelli family, that things started to take off. Vineyards have southeastern and southwestern exposures on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino.
