Description

The mission of De Vigili is to highlight the Trentino region in all its forms. This concept is developed both inside and outside the sparkling wine cellar.

It was in 1982, after years of study and perfection of production techniques, that Paolo Malfer decided to found Revì, the company that discovered its source of inspiration in the Trentodoc. Since 1957, the Cantina di Avio has been constantly committed to an idea of quality that comes directly from the Trentino region, with which master vine growers have made an indescribable pact. Ferrari Brut is made using the traditional, bottle fermentation method (called "Metodo Classico" in Italy). It was in the 1950s however, when the company passed into the hands of the current owners, the Lunelli family, that things started to take off. Today the company is in the hands of the third generation of the family being led by Matteo Lunelli who runs the business along with other family members. Along with their own vineyard holdings they work with up to 500 other growers in the Trentino mountains making them the biggest producer of the region's sparkling wines.Their range of vintage wines under the Perlé label are among the most well known and highly regarded, but they also make several other cuvées encompassing Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs and rosés al of which maintain a consistently high quality. The year 1899 was when the first bottles of Metodo Classico sparkling wine were produced in Trentino, thanks to Arminio Valentini, a pioneer in sparkling wine production in the Vallagarina.Man Spumanti is a small family business, destined exclusively for the production of Trentodoc. A project that wants to tell the life and love for the Val di Cembra. An iconic Trentino brand, Pedrotti is a family run business that appeared in the annals of agriculture for the first time in 1901. With its mountain viticulture, Trentino is an area that is extraordinarily suited to the production of sparkling wines of great elegance and complexity: the alternation of warm days and cool nights gives added quality to the grapes, giving them a rainbow of different flavors and fragrances. Vineyards have southeastern and southwestern exposures on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino. Trentodoc is not only a trademark, but also a project aimed at promoting the region in a very real sense.

More than 1000 years ago, it was a monastery, but for over 3 centuries now San Leonardo has served as the residence of the Marquis Guerrieri Gonzaga family, its proud custodians.Metius is less a company and more a project aimed at pursuing perfect quality. The idea of two oenologist friends has given rise to a Trentodoc Riserva of unmistakeable timbre. Cantina Michele Sartori is located on the Tenna hill, an area historically suited for the cultivation of vines. Ferrari has been producing world-class Methodo Classico sparkling wine since 1902. A pioneer in premium Italian traditional method sparkling wine production, Ferrari, has been loved by many around the world for over a century. Not to be confused with another iconic Italian brand, this Ferrari has relied only on its delicious wines to build its international following. The founder's focus on creating a luxurious sparkling wine continues today with this third generation family business as Ferrari sparkling wine is enjoyed by many of the world's celebrities as their celebration wine of choice. Fortunately, this is the most affordable Ferrari, and Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine you can find, making it very accessible to all, not just those A-list celebs.
