We do not sell, nor does the Service provide any option to buy, any alcoholic products. By using the Service, and by creating an account you represent, warrant and confirm that you are of legal age.The Isle of Mull, just north of Islay and Jura, is the Inner Hebrides’ second-largest island and home to some 3,000 people, many of whom live in the island’s waterfront capital, Tobermory. The name ‘Tobermory’ means ‘Mary’s Well’ in Gaelic, so it’s fitting the town being home to the island’s only distillery. Nose: quite vibrant due to a nice interaction between oak spice (virgin wood), sweetness and maritime notes. Vanilla fudge and caramelized notes up front, with baked apple, honey and brown sugar. Hints of clove and nutmeg, with a light mentholated touch. Then some musty sherry, earthy notes and something lightly industrial, like metal tools and engine oil. Certainly not bland. A massive improvement and a most welcome replacement of the rather boring Tobermory 10. The 10 was very pleasant on the nose, but the palate and finish were disappointing.
