Corks are an expensive product to produce, the cost of which is often passed onto the consumer. Therefore, screw caps will keep the cost down for both you and your customers. I need a method to cover screws for a high end client at a blue chip event and Snap-caps fitted the bill perfectly, not only was the product great the range of colours gave a perfect finish. The only problem i have was deciding what shade of blue to choose!!!!!! Fitting the Cap to the Washer may require more force. It may also result in a white 'stress' ring forming around the perimeter of the cap. The white ring may disappear over time, especially if the caps are warmed up.
