This finesse is the result of two key choices made during the manufacturing of the barrels: the selection of wood with a very fine grain and the light toasting it then receives.Founded in 1763, Hine is one of the oldest houses in the Cognac region and named after Thomas Hine of Dorset. The House of Hine creates its identity from the heart of two Premier Crus, the Grande and the Petite Champagnes.
