Magigoo is an easy to use 3D printing adhesive designed to address first layer adhesion to the build platform and print warping. Certain manufacturers have improved the printability of PC by the use of plasticizers or blending with other materials. Our courses are designed to take you from complete novice to an expert user of 3D Printers, 3D Scanners, Software and materials. Das Zeug klebt, wenn's warm ist (>50 Grad Celsius meiner Erfahrung), wenn's kalt ist, klebt's nicht mehr, und man bekommt die Teile nach vollständigem Abkühlen super ab. However, having a high Tg can make it very difficult to print using desktop printers, as these are usually not equipped to cater for the high printing temperatures required to print virgin PC.

This adhesive for professional use makes sure prints stick firmly when the print-bed is hot and that the part is easy to remove once it cools. Virgin PC in fact tends to warp considerably when printed at an insufficient bed temperature (<130 ºC), in non-heated enclosed chambers without the use of an appropriate bed adhesive. It only remains to extend the Magigoo through the area where the piece you want to print will be printed. But this feature makes PP very difficult to adhere to other materials and conventional 3D printing adhesives ( 3DLac, DimaFix, PrintaFix). Using this product with other than PA type filaments might cause over adhesion and damage your build surface.

Apply to the desired area by pressing the tip against the printing surface (activating the internal valve) and spreading as necessary. Einfach auf's Druckbett drücken dass der Kopf leicht nach innen federt und dann den Stick EIN WENIG zusammendrücken, falls KEINE Flüssigkeit herauskommt. In case you have warping printing polypropylene (PP) you can use the Magigoo PRO PPGF, the adhesion will increase significantly.Magigoo Flex is an adhesive for 3D printing bases that manages to solve these problems with a single product, giving sufficient adhesion during printing and facilitating the process of removing the part from the base, once it is cold. It is the only bonding solution approved for use in BASF's debinding and sintering processes and like all other Magigoo solutions is non-hazardous, non-flammable and allows for easy removal of parts from the build plate once cooled.

This, coupled with the brittleness of the parts, makes it important to use a solution that provides very good adhesion when hot, but allows the part to be easily removed once the base cools to avoid deformation or breakage of the part. You will also be able to print delicate 3D models because no force is required to remove the 3D print from the bed. We pride ourselves in our commitment to bringing this fantastic technology to thousands of innovative new adopters, all with excellent service along your journey. This clamping force helps prevent the warping effect, something feared by both amateur and professional users.

Magigoo magic begins once the base reaches a certain temperature (40ºC for the PLA or 90ºC for the ABS), this product adheres the piece to the base with such force that it could be " printed with the 3D printer upside down". The pot of Magigoo is stirred for a few seconds so that the parts that make up the adhesive are mixed. This is due to the fact that this material has been key for years in the manufacture of parts in many sectors and that there are many filaments with a nylon base ( PA12, PA66 or PA6) reinforced with carbon or glass fibers ( Nylon-Carbon Fiber CF15, XSTRAND GF30-PA6, etc).
