Honestly I LOVE chypre fragrances and I find this TOTALLY unisex but haven't owned a bottle in YEARS.The juice still contains real oakmoss, there is a *long* list of ingredients in the box (as it's the case after reformulations), and it's made in Switzerland if that matters. The modern version has a bit more of a masculine leather quality and the powdery sandalwood-patchouli drydown feels incomplete and lacking in beauty, depth, and charm to me compared to the earlier rosy version. This has ENORMOUS scent projection on opening spray, to the point I had to wash some off and open the windows, it is just far too headache-inducingly overbearing! This large bottle I now possess might serve as a body spray, even, to be topped with precious drops from a vintage bottle, turned brown with age.
