Smells different in the air: which I was told smells "really manly and nice" but when smelled up close it is "really sweet like sugary vanilla ice cream" sweet.

If you are under 25, you might go nuts over this and i see great compliment pulling potential with this one. If you're good with the sweetness from Ultra Male, then you should be fine with the sweetness in this fragrance. When I put this on I immediately got in the car after the fact, which I was met with compliments (huge compliment getter btw) by my mother, father and younger siblings. I personally believe that people are too paranoid in the fragcom because this has NOT been reformulated, I have an older bottle of Ultramale and my 03/23 batch of 9PM outperforms it by almost 10 hours which is crazy, because some people say it lasts 30 minutes and it goes away, which couldn't be more far from the truth. It smells pretty much identical in the air if you aren't comparing them like side to side at the same time.

If you find yourself in the 90%, seeking a scent that simply makes you smell fantastic, and maintaining a collection of 5 to 15 fragrances, 9 PM fulfills that desire with an identical appeal. If you are committed to the original , I understand, but don't get mad when you think that someone uses your signature compliment magnet scent, and they go like " ultramail? So now moving on the scent, the opening is very fruity, sweet, and fresh, the first thing i noticed are the green apple, lavender and the cinnamon, it really gives that sweet, fresh and little bit spicy opening. I get no cherry but if I sniff it hard, I kinda get a pickled cherry vibe but if you wouldn't mention it, I wouldn't know :)) I think it's from the vanilla-ambre thingy. I need more classy, mature, masculine, fragrances and if you want that then you definitely can’t be wearing this.

I have let this macerate for several months and it still has this very synthetic feel unfortunately - almost gasoline-like. Afnan 9 PM Eau De Parfum 100ml has fresh notes of bergamot and cinnamon transforming into orange blossoms growing warm with amber, vanilla, and patchouli. Es una explosión riquísima de frambuesa los primeros 2 minutos y luego en mi piel se desvanece quedando una rosa madura almizclada y empolvada (debe ser por el iris) y por último la fase leñosa suave, en mi no perdura nada lamentablemente pero lo considero un buen perfume a pesar del pH de mi piel que literalmente se traga el aroma!All in all, "9pm" by Afnan is an interesting fragrance that is intensely sweet and fruity at the same time.

As a negative point, I don't know why these fragrances sting my nose in the first 15 minutes, and 9PM also does this. Very nice nice sweet freshy for the Spring and Summer but I do wear it in the cooler months as well. For lovers of this line, it is a safe bet for night outings, winter, autumn, evening or cold mornings, piece of perfume 9PM, and although you may not believe it, it also has its own character. Also i am spraying them on my girlfriend (she hates it) to test if i go nose blind to them and to see if it feels different on someone else's skin.
