Laurent-Perrier was established in Tours-sur-Marne in 1812 and was the first family-owned independent Champagne House. A rare Rosé Champagne made using the maceration (skin contact) technique, perfectly controlled by the winery, to give that extraordinary depth and freshness - a worldwide benchmark for its style. It’s citrus and white fruit notes and its remarkable balance, supported by a subtle effervescence, make it an ideal accompaniment to poultry and the finest fish.

This is beautifully balanced with fine streams of flowing bubbles – the hallmark of the finest Champagne – leading to delicate citrus and subtle floral notes on the nose. unless we get written confirmation from you that this is acceptable and that you will take full responsibilty if the parcel goes missing. Founded over 200 years ago in 1812, Laurent-Perrier is one of the most distinguished family-owned Champagne Houses.Sadly, de Nonancourt passed away in 2010 and Laurent-Perrier is now managed by his two daughters, Alexandra and Stéphanie.

the wine then spends an extra year in the cellar, ageing for a total of four years on the lees before release.Sadly, de Nonancourt passed away in 2010 and Laurent-Perrier is now managed by his two daughters, Alexandra and Stéphanie alongside Cellar Master Michel Fauconnet and has become one of the region's largest producers, they are perhaps best known for Cuvée Rosé, the most recognised rosé champagne on the planet.

Created in 1812, the success reached its zenith in the ’50s, thanks to Bernard de Nonancourt, one of the greatest individuals in modern Champagne. It is produced from 100% Pinot Noir with a controlled period of maceration to extract the gorgeous salmon-pink colour and the full aromatic richness of the variety.

It's citrus and white fruit notes and its remarkable balance, supported by a subtle effervescence, make it an ideal accompaniment to poultry and the finest fish. With his personal qualities of leadership, innovation, acumen, he transformed the atrophying business into the largest Champagne house in France which is still largely family owned. Its citrus and white fruit notes and its remarkable balance, supported by a subtle effervescence, make it an ideal accompaniment to poultry and the finest fish.

A perfect balance between freshness and finesse, the palate is full-bodied, complex and creamy, displaying great length on the finish. This Champagne is famous for a highly expressive bouquet that stems from the very careful preservation of the grape's naturally fresh red fruit aromas. Broad and supple in texture, with sappy red berry and blood orange flavors supported by a firm spine of minerality. The latter, widow and mother of four children, acquired the Domaine Laurent-Perrier and ran the business while two of her sons, Maurice and Bernard, joined the French Resistance.Laurent-Perrier had a successful harvest in 2018, a year which Chef de Cave Michel Fauconnet believes will most certainly produce a stunning vintage champagne and hopefully a strong Alexandra Rosé as well. Perfectly balanced, with crisp flavours and finesse, it is also an ideal companion for fish, poultry and white meat.
