IMO, For the value, it is wonderful, and it is a greater amount of an imaginative focal point, permitting you to explore different avenues regarding shading cast and focal point flare since sharpness and smooth bokeh are available—no think twice about picture quality. It’s not the sharpest lens I’ve ever shot, far from it, but it is by far the sharpest fast aperture lens that I’ve ever shot in this segment. And this actually applies when shooting it wide open too!! Yes, it is so satisfyingly sharp at f0.95 that I never even consider stopping it down during day to day use. D’un points de vue spécifications le 7 Artisans est mieux construit , pour un prix presque divisé par 3 et il a plus de lames de diaphragme.

7artisans 35mm F0.95 Lens, APS-C Manual Focus Large Aperture

On the extremely rare occasions when I need the 35mm focal length on my Fuji X camera, I do one of the following: Since then I have bought their 75mm f1.25 lens for my Leica M system and I enjoy that lens very much. They are putting out a massive amount of lenses at the moment that all seem to have a common denominator which is excellence in both build- and image quality. It’s no secret that I enjoy shooting very fast lenses, but I mean… who doesn’t? So when I saw that they announced the new 35mm f0.95 for different APSC systems, including Fujifilm X-mount, I knew I had to try it. When I first received the lens my initial impression was very very very good. It came in a very nice leather storage box, with a hidden compartment in the lid for an SD card! Indeed a very nice first impression upon unboxing this lens. Thinking about remote: it might be fun for all us finding-range-fans to see a review of some remote equipment. Could be eye-opening! To me this trait isn’t necessarily the most important trait of a lens like the 7artisans 35mm f/0.95. I use these lenses for creative output, and I tend to use whatever shortcomings they might have to my advantage. But a lot of the flaws that you usually see in this type of lens is simply not present in the 7artisans 35mm f/0.95! This especially applies to sharpness.Good to hear you can still get work done with your models. funny story — there’s a hotel we’ve stayed at for years. Friends with all the staff, including a flamboyant woman in reception. Turns out she does theater burlesque — competitive, no less, and it has to be G-rated. With COVID shutting down all kinds of theater, I think I’ll suggest she use remote too, and set up the contests online. From a specification perspective the 7 Artisans is better build, almost 3 times less expensive and has a higher number of aperture blades

7artisans Photoelectric 50mm f0.95 Lens Review - Finding Range 7artisans Photoelectric 50mm f0.95 Lens Review - Finding Range

Optically at f1.4 the Fujinon is far much better, sharper everywhere and has nearly no CA. The Risespray is not bad in the center at f1.4, but not as good as the Fuji. But at the thirds it is much softer and has significant CA. At the corners it is bad, but who uses the corners? 🙂 So, that’s about it for my first impressions of this lens. I’ve been a bit busy lately but wanted to at least post something up about the 7artisans 35mm f0.95. I will probably get a model shoot going to further test this lens, so stay tune for the full review, which should be coming out soon. I have to say, when you factor in the build, price, versatility, focal length, and of course, that f0.95 aperture, this lens is pretty impressive. Anyway, thanks for stopping by!Telling about optical quality, I've posted one blind comparison test of two shots on X-E2 with Mitakon and XF at F1.4 about 2 years ago, surprisingly about 40% of 4000 people liked Mitakon shot more, and many people were thinking it's shot from Fuji XF 35mm 1.4 : ))) Based on my subject matter and my shooting style, I would need a fast and sharp 35mm lens. All three lenses are fast enough for me. The 7artisans does not seem to be sharp enough for me when shot wide open. Are you interested in trying a remote shoot? You should…it’s a great experience. I can recommend someone if you want.

The 7artisans 35mm f0.95 review – jonasrask | photography

Le Mitakon est peut être un poil meilleur au centre jusque F2 mais c’est marginal. Le 7 Artisans a des coins qui s’améliorent plus rapidement que sur le Mitakon If like me you are only looking for very occasional use, very small & light so it doesn't waste precious camera bag space and you don't want to drop the 400-500 the others typically cost, the 7Artisans is a good option! The Mitakon is maybe a tiny bit better wide at aperture
