Formerly a milking shed, our gin distillery in Scotland is designed with the rich history of the area in mind. Caroline was amazing and very knowledgeable,as well as getting to know different gins we had such great laughs and fun so much so we are heading back tomorrow so our driver can do a tasting with Lorna. Sophie was very knowledgeable about the gin making process and told us all we needed to know about the different gins. With bottle art by Scottish artist Kat Baxter, this stunning bottle will make a welcome addition to any gin lover’s home collection. In addition to our own gins, we love to work in partnership with other companies to create bespoke gins.

The award-winning Kinrara Scottish Highland Dry has been aged in a Cabernet Franc cask from the renowned Château Teyssier in the Saint-Émilion appellation in Bordeaux. The centuries old Cairngorm estate was founded by Lady Jane Gordon, beautiful socialite and co-creator of the famous Gordon Highlanders. Sweet notes of wood, spice and vanilla merge with marzipan notes, carefully balanced to create a gin that can be enjoyed neat, with ginger ale or tonic. Perched just below the Monadhliath Mountains and with stunning vistas of the Cairngorms on the other side of the valley, I often joke that I have the best office in the world.

Illustrated by Scottish artist Kat Baxter, “Struan” is depicted using juniper, orange, lemon, coriander and angelica, which are some of the botanicals used in this gin. The recipe was inspired by a number of botanicals that grow around the Falls of Bruar, a series of waterfalls that form part of the Bruar Water. On the nose bright juniper and freshly expressed orange peel and rosehips are undercut with fresh pine needles. From thoughtful ingredient selection to bold experimentation, to the bottling process, each beautiful gin is inspired by the beauty of the landscape and stories around them.

On the front of the bottle is 'Ginny', which is described as the 'Highland Coo' (that's cow to anyone not from Scotland).
