It took me less than 24 hours to read 'A Better Me' because there is nothing of weight in this book, easily digestible like one of Gary’s newfound diets.

The reformed group had another series of number one albums and singles, revitalising their career almost ten years after their split.
He had me laughing out loud in some places as I could relate so much to what he said about being fat. There's a potted, earlier, history of Take That which is interwoven with this text for the benefit of readers unfamiliar with their past, but the focus is firmly on the depression Barlow suffered with his weight problems and the way he found his way to good health through the mire of dodgy diets out there.
