On any open piece of ground, you are left wanting more speed. That would be a desire soon fulfilled by upgrading the motors but the twin motor design makes it very difficult to modify the Ravine. Thus, you have to be content with medium speed. the kanyon is utter pap, the way the body mounts and bumpers mount speaks volumes for me, as you say a crawler (not a great one either) with a “scale” (in the loosest possible way) shell and it still looks plain wrong. Features: The FTX Ravine is indeed a buggy in shape compared to the mini-doppelganger crawlers, but it’s still hugely capable of dealing with the rough stuff, particularly given the value for money.
