Puddingstone Distillery in Hertfordshire, distillers of the Campfire Gin range, have relaunched this festive treat in a new bigger bottle for 2023! The gin is distilled with botanicals inspired by a classic Hertfordshire Christmas Pudding recipe, before being rested for 2 months in ex-bourbon casks loaded with fresh local cherries and with no added sugar. It has a classic gin taste, refreshing and crisp, with a predominantly juniper aroma. But the addition of Cat’s Claw botanical gives Wildcat Gin a pleasant twist, with subtle hints of citrus, white pepper and spice. Nose: Strong citrus note – lemon peel, bitter orange, light grapefruit. Delicate spice of coriander and clove at the midpoint.
