It is hard to draw fine sound quality out of small dynamic drivers within buds. If you sat around listening to different pairs of buds, you might notice they tend to have the same quality throughout. Whether they cost 50 or 200 USD, bass tends to be either on the lower part. Distortion, when you use it in high volume, can be a miss or hit. And a lot of the quality of the sound is the outcome of defeats or victories in active noise cancelation. Overall, most Tozo earbuds will reset by putting them in the charging case, and then taking them out again. But, for certain models such as the NC9, resetting them requires a few steps one after the other. Below, is how to find how to reset each of the specific Tozo earbud models. Tozo earbuds charge using the charging case. Provided, they have enough battery they should turn on when you take them out of the charging case. If your Tozo earbuds aren’t turning on then here is why this happens and the troubleshooting steps you should take. The TaoTronics SoundLiberty 94 instead has an Ambient Mode, which is activated by two taps on the left earpiece. It automatically pauses the music, so you can hear people and traffic around you immediately. With another two taps, you enter ANC mode again and music resumes automatically. When it comes to the cons I really only have two and they’re actually kind of minor I really would have liked to have seen the case just be a Qi wireless charging case

Mid still came through very nicely I felt like everything came through clear there’s a lot of details when it comes to vocals and the treble had a nice clean tone. When it comes to bass there’s a lot of punch there’s a lot of rumble and at times it can even feel like you have that subwoofer type feel but it’s not destroying your mids and highs. The cord attaches to each earbud via plastic clips, and you can easily remove them by pulling it out of the housing while pressing down on the inner part of each clip. This type of connection makes them easy to maintain but also prone to breaking if you’re not careful when removing them from your ears during everyday use. As a result, they don’t register that they’re in the charging case and won’t turn off. The connectors can be cleaned using q-tips, and isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol), or acetone. In general, open the Bluetooth settings on the device they are connected to, and delete them as a trusted device, then add them as a trusted device again. If that doesn’t work, restart the device they are connected to, and reset them using the steps below.Typically, though, it’s because only one earbud is in use, and it is attempting to sync to the other earbud. But, because you’re not using the other earbud it will beep for about a minute.

The Dyplay ANC Shield Pro is a variation with less bass and more opened-up mids. Now the first thing when I opened the lid to these is I noticed that it had a nice large flat surface on the ear buds and the important reason is these use touch controls so having that large surface means it’s pretty much going to register your touch every timeTOZO NC9 2020 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.0 Stereo Earphones Headset Another essential feature to consider while shopping for the best noise-canceling earbuds is the style. Some noise-isolation earbuds are wired, while others are wireless. Each style has its advantages and disadvantages. For instance, with wireless earbuds, you get the convenience of never having to worry about cables. They are also quite portable and sleek. However, they can be easy to misplace and require constant charging. Through this app, you can activate active noise cancelling, long-press controls for each bud, and even find a lost earbud through the Find my earbuds option in the app. You can also use the app to switch between the six sound modes (normal, bass boost, treble boost, soft dynamic, and clear) depending on the type of oomph you want to hear in your music.
Dyplay ANC Shield Pro controls: The Dyplay has a mix of controls on the left and right bud. You pause/ play with a single tap on the left bud, whereas a single tap on the left bud will let you cycle through the ANC functions (ANC off by default —> Transparency mode —> ANC on). With two taps on the right bud, you increase volume. Tap the left bud twice and volume decreases. Skip to the next song by pressing the right bud two seconds; return by doing so on the left side. Finally, three taps on either of the earpieces, will activate the voice assistant. All the controls you need are there, but the scheme takes a while to get used to. Tozo earbuds charge using a charging case. The charging case on some models can also hold a charge, and needs to be charged itself. For some models the charging case is completely waterproof. But, if your Tozo earbuds are not charging at all, then this is what you should do.
Another issue with the build quality of these headphones is that they are not waterproof. Even though they have an IPX6 rating, which means that they can withstand dust particles, sweat and light rain, I don’t recommend using them in heavy rain or when swimming or taking showers/baths. If after 15 minutes no red LED light is showing on one of the earbuds when it’s in the charging case, then the earbud is faulty. However, the charging connector can be dirty and needs to be cleaned. It can be cleaned using a q-tip and rubbing alcohol, or acetone. There’s also an LED indicator on the earbuds to let you know how much battery life is remaining in each earbud. This indicator is handy when you want to know if there is enough power to finish your activity or if you need to recharge it. How do they sound controls: With a single tap on the right earpiece, you play or pause the music. Tap twice on the right earpiece to skip a song, twice on the left bud to return one. With a single tap on the left earbud, you switch between ANC off - Voicethrough (Ambient) mode - ANC-on.
