About this deal

the “petty revenge on an ex” trope might be tired and unoriginal, but it is also timeless and relatable. I really didn’t like her friend Camille? she just wanted this whole thing to go down to get closure for her fuxked up past which made me feel mixed things. Her other friend kat was alright. Damien — he was actually amazing! His type of people are just the best ones! The ones who make you feel comfortable and confident, who don't judge you for being yourself, the ones who wouldn't make you feel insecure! His character was all good, and he was just fun to be around, if you can say, and umm he's also someone who would set their boundaries and respect others too! I loved how he made Abbie feel and listened to her. ✨

Rachel and Jacob haven’t seen each other since they were kids, but their grudge still glows brighter than a menorah. But as they spend more time together, Rachel finds herself drawn to Hanukkah—and Jacob—in a way she never expected. Maybe this holiday of lights will be the spark she needed to set her heart ablaze. Why should you read this book? Abbie starts dating the founding partner of Richard's law firm, Damien Martinez, with one thing in mind: convincing him to invite her to the huge annual Christmas party as his date. gave me life with her inner monologue. I swear she’s so cute and her little character staples were adorable. I despised the way Richard influenced her so much but seeing her loving herself and learning how she should’ve been treated was the best.

Enter a mutual friend with a life-altering idea: swap homes for the holidays. For one perfect month, Greta and Truman will have a chance to experience a whole new world…and maybe fall in love with the partner of their dreams. But all holidays must end, and eventually, these two transplants will have to decide whether the love (and found family) they each discovered so far from home is worth fighting for. Country music’s golden boy Colton Wheeler felt the perfect harmony when he was with Gretchen Winthrop. But for her, it is “a love him and leave him” the situation. A year later, Colton struggles to push his music forward in a new direction. If it weren’t about to be the most magical time of year and the support of the Bromance Book Club, he’d be wallowing in self-pity. el libro me gustó, un poco over the top en las escenas de sexo pero genuinamente me gustaron los personajes y esta bueno leer un personaje masculino que no es un sorete de mierda, love that for us!!! This was always more, Abigail. I don’t blame you for wanting revenge. If you had told me from the start, I would have agreed. Richard’s an ass. An ass who won’t have a job after the holidays.” It is a full-length romance with a Happily Ever After that features sexually explicit material and profanity. This book is intended for 18+.

That is, until he leaves her crying outside her apartment wearing a Halloween costume, having broken it off with her because she's just not serious enough. She was just fun, he tells her - and now that Richard has becoming a partner at his law firm in his sights, he needs to focus on work. But that’s about to change. This year, I’m traveling to my small hometown to convince my producer to make me the permanent host of Good Day Denver. Greta Russakoff loves her tight-knit family and tiny Maine hometown, but they can’t seem to understand what it’s like to be a lesbian living in such a small world. When an act of familial meddling goes way too far, she realizes just how desperately she needs space to figure out who she is. Honestly, relatable 🤣 You don’t see hot, successful, tall, sexy, smart men in their 40s that often. I’d be drooling too ngl. He was too perfect 😅😭😭 And not in the way where I simply don't expect basic decency from men in real life anymore, and I project that onto my romance reading material. In a way where, while characters can be decent and good, there should also be room for SOME flaws. The way it was written, the Richard vs. Damien situation was almost caricature-like.

You consume me. I don’t know how you did it, but I have fallen madly, deeply, in love with you. Every moment of every day is consumed by thoughts of you, planning the future, dying to be with you.” If an author is trying to send a message through a book, I personally much prefer being talked TO than being talked AT, and that's what makes difference here, really. Would I recommend it? Yes. It's good for reading in one sitting or if you're looking for a book just to pass your time! But it's pretty forgettable! 🤷🏻‍♀️

The first was when I agreed to let her have Christmas Day off, but only if she went with me to three family gatherings as my fake girlfriend. So she does what every girl does when she’s broken up with: she calls her friends, gets drunk, dyes her hair, and formulates her plan for revenge. It just so happens that the universe supports her efforts and gives her the perfect match to prove to her ex that he made a huge mistake: his boss. Abbie starts dating the founding partner of Richard's law firm, Damien Martinez, with one thing in mind: convincing him to invite her to the annual Christmas party as his date. To be honest, this just wasn’t for me. I loved Damien as an MMC and the spice was top notch, but there were too many things about the writing style that bothered me to make this enjoyable.

me gusto que no hubo un third act breakup!!!!!! hablaron y solucionaron las cosas al toque, LOVE THAT FOR MEEEEEEEEE FROM A COZY NEW ENGLAND HAVEN TO THE HEART OF NEW ORLEANS COMES ONE HOLIDAY THAT’LL CHANGE THEIR LIVES my biggest quibble with this book is the “lie by omission” conflict (how the h takes advantage of the H to futher her own agenda). 😑 i understand perfectly why the h goes about involving the H the way she does, but it would be less drama if she’d simply propose her idea to the H (he would totally help her). i suppose their romance would have no stakes if it happened the way i preferred. He might have a history with Isabelle, but this is just business. A Christmas-loving farm girl will not come between him and his ambition.Abbie Keller thought that Richard Bartholemew Benson the Third would be her forever. In their four years of dating, she never doubted that she wouldn’t end up with his grandmother’s engagement ring on her finger. Sure, she had to change a few things about herself to fit that mold, like dying her hair, dressing more conservatively, and finding golf enjoyable (honestly, the most difficult of the changes), but she was sure that at the end of it all, it would be worth it. Another time I gave into the hype! This was my first Morgan Elizabeth book and it was a good time. Legally Blonde holiday vibes, age gap romance with a heroine focused on revenge. This is a book I KNOW I’ll reread forever. It gave me everything I wanted and more. Ugh, it’s too good!
