I have owned the Thetford Porta Potti 365 toilet for a few years and it has always served me well in my van. There are 3 types of flushing mechanism; piston and bellows, both a kind of manual pump that require minimum effort, and a push button electric flush. Electric flush of course offers the most convenience (sorry couldn't resist) but in truth it really offers most benefit where physical limitations make it necessary due to illness, injury or disability.
