Fluke M is safe to use with all cold water ornamental fish only. Do not use Fluke M with topical fish, including Sting Rays. The apparent volume of distribution is said to be similar to the volume of distribution of total body water. FLUKEM 150MG TABLET works by stopping the action of an enzyme called ergosterol, which is an integral part of the fungal cell membrane to increase its cellular permeability. Thereby, making the cell membrane more permeable and stops the fungal growth. This type of action is useful in treating and preventing various fungal infections. Ans : This drug is not suitable for pregnant women as it can harm the baby. Consult a doctor and use some other alternative to this drug. This product is designed as a one off treatment, but may require a second dose after 7 days in heavy infestation. Alternatively you can use Fluke M or Fluke S after 7 days. Ans : This medication contains salts which are suitable to store only at room temperature, as keeping this medication above or below that, can cause an inadequate effect. Protect it from moisture and light. Keep this medication away from the reach of children.Ans : This medication should be consumed, until the complete eradication of the disease. Thus it is advised to use, till the time directed by your doctor. Also taking this medication longer than it was prescribed, can cause an inadequate effect on the patient's condition. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. If swallowed seek medical advice. Wash any contamination from eyes immediately. Ans : Flukem 150 MG Tablet may interact with oral contraceptives having ingredients like estradiol. Hence, consult a doctor before taking them together. Flukem overdoses have been associated with hallucination and paranoia, sometimes in combination. In cases of overdose, employ supportive treatment. Gastric lavage may be necessary. Other modalities such as forced diuresis or hemodialysis may also be used.

It is also prescribed for the treatment of cryptococcal infections; secondary prophylaxis for cryptococcal meningitis in persons with AIDS; antifungal prophylaxis in allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipients. Stop feeding during the course of treatment because Malachite and Formalin will reduce the bacteria in the filter, continuing to feed will cause an ammonia spike. FLUKEM 150MG TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women unless clearly advised by the doctor. FLUKEM 150MG TABLET should be used with caution in children and adolescents (from birth to 17 years of age). It should be used with caution in elderly patients particularly with renal impairment.
