About this deal

The new U-ART tweeter, a breakthrough solution for use in high-resolution recording and mixing on a budget, goes up to 25 kHz and is mated to a precision waveguide with the same dispersion-control attributes as the High Frequency Propagation (HPS) waveguide used in ADAM Audio’s flagship S Series monitors. The Alpha 65’s front bass ports are a plus if you need to set up near a wall in a small studio, and the XLR and RCA ports will allow you to connect to your audio interface or consumer gear without any issues. At GAK, we take pride in offering an extensive range of ADAM Audio products, catering to the needs of both professional audio engineers and passionate music enthusiasts. Our selection of ADAM Audio studio monitors, subwoofers and headphones showcases the brand’s commitment to innovation and exceptional sonic fidelity. Renowned for their precision engineering and German craftsmanship, ADAM Audio is a leading name in professional audio, highly regarded by audio engineers and music enthusiasts worldwide. The Adam Audio T7V Studio Monitor is designed to produce accurate sound, allowing you to create clean, punchy, and professional mixdowns and productions. The T7V Studio Monitor provides you with fine tune controls that allow you to tailor the frequency response to perfectly suit the room or position it's in. The monitor features two 3-way switches that boost or cut the low and high frequencies by +/-5dB. They also provide a 'flat' setting. The switches allow the monitor to compensate for frequencies that may stand out too much when your monitor is positioned on shelves, a table top, a console bridge, or at varying distances between walls. This ensures that you are hearing accurate audio, not muffled by unwanted frequencies. Powerful and accurate sound

The source code under Pierre Aubert's work is licensed under GPL (General public license). He didn't perform any of the measurements himself, and instead he compiled all of them into one place, so that makes sense. Because, other parameters such as the age/materials of the building, furniture/windows in place also have an impact on room acoustics. Please note that this extended warranty is currently only available on products sold within the UK, EU or EEA, and is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on the extended warranty certificate provided. The T7V has both balanced and unbalanced inputs, as well as controls for adjusting the overall level and the high‑ and low‑frequency response. With a specified SPL rating of up to 110dB per pair at one metre, the available level is more than adequate for the intended nearfield deployment — though there’s no clip LED to warn you if you push things too hard. Furthermore, the power LED is on the rear panel; there’s no power indication visible from the front. In PracticeThe speaker monitor features a range of controls that allows you to fine-tune the audio to suit your environment, which includes gain and cutting high or low frequencies. There are several connection options, including 3.5mm and ¼-inch XLR and RCA balanced and unbalanced inputs that allow you to connect the speakers to a variety of sources. The ADAM Audio T Series presents a range of affordable, professional 2-way powered studio monitors that deliver exceptional performance without breaking the bank. Consisting of three models, the T5V, T7V, and T8V, these reference monitors incorporate the U-ART high-frequency driver, bevelled cabinet design, and built-in DSP-controlled driver crossovers and equalisation, ensuring an unmatched sonic experience and extended low-frequency response. The only logistical issue worth mentioning, particularly if you’re considering the T5V for home use, is one that applies to the vast majority of studio monitors: the separate gain controls on the rear of each speaker aren’t intended for use like a volume control on a hi-fi amplifier. Instead, you set the T5V’s gain controls to a level that produces an acceptable maximum volume when your laptop, PC or whichever device is connected has its volume set to 100%, then control the volume solely via the connected device. The U-ART 1.9-inch accelerated Ribbon tweeter offers a more dynamic range which means even if you move around your desk, the frequencies that you hear won’t change. During sound generation, the by folded U-ART membrane leads to direct and fast response, even when the unit is maxed out or has complex transients. Accompany this with the HPS waveguide that is found in Adam Audio’s flagship S Series, ensures the monitor has a consistent dispersion and stable imaging over a broader area.

Featuring a 7” woofer that provides bass extension down to 39 Hz, the T7V's U-ART tweeterdiaphragm provides pristine and extended high-frequency response up to 25 kHz, which isvirtually unheard of in studio monitors at this price-point. Did a lot of comparison e.g., RoKu 7 KRK all including subwoofer. The difference is without a doubt much better with the Adam T7V's. The Adam T7V is an affordable two-way studio monitor designed for vertical use in a nearfield application. The wide frequency response, high dynamic range, excellent transient response, wide sweet spot and small footprint makes the T7V perfectly suited for use in small control rooms for music production, video post-production and broadcast production. Experience exceptional sound quality with ADAM Audio’s highly acclaimed studio monitors, subwoofers and headphones. The wide frequency response, high dynamic range, excellent transient response, wide sweet spot and small footprints make the T7V perfectly suited for use in small control rooms for music production, video post-production and broadcast production – a great fit for the modest budgets that many facilities need to work with. The T7V features a 7-inch woofer which adds to the high-resolution of the stereo image and produces a deep and punchy low end, attributed to the rear-firing bass reflex port. The T7V features a 7” woofer that provides bass extension down to 39 Hz, while the U-ART tweeter’s diaphragm provides pristine and extended high-frequency response up to 25 kHz – virtually unheard of in monitors in this price range. The U-ART tweeter is fitted to a precision waveguide with the same dispersion-control attributes as the High Frequency Propagation (HPS) waveguide used in ADAM Audio’s flagship S Series studio monitors. The waveguide’s highly uniform dispersion of high frequencies provides an incredibly wide sweet spot that frees you from being glued to a rigid mix position while working. With a pair of Kali Audio LP-6 studio monitors, you should be able to achieve a usable sound without expensive speaker calibration software and an advanced understanding of room acoustics and acoustic treatment. However, if you’re looking to sound-treat your studio for an optimized listening experience, this acoustic treatment guide for home studios is a great place to start.

The T7V utilises waveguide technology and U-ART Ribbon tweeters taken from their critically acclaimed S-Series monitors. The result is a super-wide sweet spot, balanced frequency output and stunning detail, even in the smallest control rooms. If an item can not be repaired, a similar alternative product or cash discount (as defined in this policy) will be offered ADAM Audio monitors have earned a worldwide reputation as the preeminent tool for sound engineers based on cutting-edge technological innovations established in the field of loudspeaker technology. The T Series continues this tradition, incorporating some of ADAM's most sought-after technology from thecritically acclaimed S Series speakers.

The highs and the mids are detailed, balanced, and ample. What they are not, though, is neutral. This is not the flattest response you can get in studio monitors. They do color the sound a little with the signature ADAM timbre.Weighing in at only 7.1kg, the Adam T7Vs are equally well suited on the move. If you frequent multiple studio locations or travel aboard, there's no reason why you can't use these as part of a mobile production setup without compromising clarity and quality. Excellent acoustic characteristics, small dimensions and an outstanding cost/performance ratio make this studio monitor perfectly suited for use in small control rooms in music, video and broadcast production too. Only one balanced input. An extra TRS input would have been nice. They keep saying this is to keep to cost down, fair enough. But why can a lot of other companies that make models in the same price range do these things but not Adam Audio?
