I think the biggest difference will be the built in KVM switch of the Dell monitor, including an ethernet connectivity built in, these are features that aren't available on the LG, where they went for USB4 as their USP and if you want eithernet/KVM switch you'll need to do some magic with dongels on the USB 4 daisy chain. A 5K monitor has a resolution of 5120 X 2880. But monitors with ultrawide aspect ratios will have different 5K resolutions, such as 5120 X 2160 and 5120 X 1440. Ultrawide 5K monitors are great if you want more screen real estate in a single, seamless desktop. The largest 5K monitor is a 49-inch super ultrawide. But while these monitors have horizontal pixels of a 5K resolution, they have 1440 vertical pixels, which is lower than a true 5K.
