With the Nero machine being designed to be light and portable, the manually adjusted incline is expected. But it’s not something we’re going to be excited about either. Manual incline means the console can’t adjust it on the fly, limiting you to resistance and speed to get your cardio difficulty increase. Final thoughts on the Nero Sports Folding Treadmill The cup holders dont hold bottles of w ater as they are oval. And I havent found anything that fits it, not even small kids drink!To get it to fold up I have to actually take the holding screw/bolt completely out of the side arm as the treadmill is catching on the left side arm. (which is also what makes me think the frame is slightly out of true)
The Nero Sport has a top speed of 10km / hour. This is fine for most casual exercise, fat burning and endurance. For ‘serious’ runners, I recommend something that goes up to at least 14km / hour. There are 3 incline levels, which will make a big difference to the intensity of your run. You can also engage other Nero users and join in a race, or just share the scenery. There are 3 levels of incline, 12 pre-set programs, bottle holders and the ability to fold flat to store upright. You’ll get a lightweight steel construction and a smart though simple design. But I do not use it to run on, just walk at high speed. I'm 5ft 4" and I do find that because I have a long stride pattern I have had to make that smaller and my foot does go off the end of the treadmill. If you are taller you may have a problem with the length of the treadmill.
