So who are the winners in this book? Well, what are the units that have acceptable rules and probably correctly pointed? The ones that jump out are: Brett: Slaves to Darkness is currently the most played faction in AoS, Legion of the First Prince, though, isn’t being taken as often as some others. So it’s refreshing to see a very different list with a mix of units seen often and some less common ones (including BeLakor himself). Chaos Maruader Horseman and the Warshrine make a return with the more common Chaos Knights (and the OP Mark of Nurgle – how do you kill these things), Corvus Cabal and Chosen. Everything fits into a Battle Regiment to try and control priority. With 2 Chaos Sorceror Lords and Belakor, the Soulscream Bridge is a good investment to overcome the slow movement of the Chosen. The Sybarites are the mortal followers of Slaanesh, each exemplifying a particular trait brought to the excess, from the lowliest Blissbarb Archer to the mightiest Lord of Pain. After years of collecting, buying and selling, building and painting, we realised that we had amassed a small library of Build Instructions, Assembly Instructions and User Guides for various Games Workshop products.

Lest this article accumulate too much “Old man yelling at cloud energy” I do want to mention that it’s not all bad – the rules for Blissbarb Archers are pretty much what you’d want from a battleline chaff unit/archer unit: The Starshard Bastilla is pretty alright, if it weren’t sharing competition with the Vanari Sentinels for a similar role. The Bannerblade is widely considered straight up bad. Lumineth really don’t need a Bravery buff. Our goal is to build upon and consolidate the great work already being done by other community members across various forums, reddit threads, and hobby blogs, and bring together a comprehensive library of all these useful Build Instruction booklets.Although if you want to create an entire ranged warband, you can and you also have astonishing models to use. You can even complement it with a Shardspeaker to protect your core units when engaged. And you cannot leave home without a Blissbrew Homonculus as it increases Strength when using archers’ signature move Volley of Tearing Blades. The Hellscourge does not have access to this ability, but the 3″ range can be useful to outsmart those fighters with 2″ range, meaning he can be even further protected from retaliation. Is it unplayable? No, you can include this in your army and have fun with it in casual settings, but as someone who looks at units through the lens of ‘would I bring this to a tournament?’ the answer is sadly no, because I want to pay points for abilities I know will go off, not abilities that have a 33% chance to do ANYTHING round two, and 50% on round three. Not many battles with Nighthaunt are still undecided by battle round three, so why would I pay 150 points to give me an edge in long games? Craventhrone Guard

Blissbarb retinues are often accompanied by shuffling figures known as Homonculi - creatures that amass wherever the Carnivals go. They create the incredibly potent Blissbrew toxin utilised by the Archers, harvesting the remains of enemies and sacrificed captives. [1a] Combat Frigate + Endrinriggers -15 wounds on a 3+ save with the healing of the riggers is amazing, especially with the +2” to move (from the second free Endrinwork, thanks Zilfin!) meaning placing Brokk in here adds a close combat threat that has not been seen in KO before. When your opponent hears the words I’m declaring a charge they often have to do a double take! We are a small team of Warhammer Enthusiasts and miniature collectors, hoping to support and further promote the hobby. points for 11 models. One of them doesn’t have a bow, and only a sword and the item that makes their shooting 4+ to wound into a 3+.Just for fun here we present few thematic warbands, meant more for fun or narrative context than for competitive play. Note that in narrative play you need to complete a quest that allows you to recruit a Hero before being able to add him to your roster. After reading the coalition rules I found out you could give heroes access to artefacts from the parent allegiance, so I made another Beast Lord, this one using the Hedonite Godseekers “Lash of Despair” artefact:

Slaves to Impulse (Double, all Slaangors): Perform a bonus move towards the closest enemy as long as it was maximum 6″ away. The model on the right? They’re one of the Blissbarb Archers from the Hedonites of Slaanesh faction and I painted those up too: A Dark Reveller warband can count on nicely priced tank like the Myrmidesh, offensive units like the Symbaresh and utility pieces like the archers or the cavalry.

Assembly Instructions for Blissbarb Archers – Warhammer Age of Sigmar (AoS).

I bought a Herdstone and painted it before reading the rules, oh well it can at least be used as scenery or I could make a pure Beasts force in the future I guess. To combat this, the decision has been made to publish the top three without comments. Where possible, writers will then revisit in the future to add comments if they feel its necessary. Compared to their demonic counterpart, they have more arrows in their quivers: literally considering demons don’t have archer units. There have been a few bonus rules released to try and give Nighthaunt a boost, including most recently adding sub-factions in the form of Processions and adding in the Krulghast Cruciator in Broken Realms: Be’lakor. Nothing ever really worked, so we waited with bated breath to see if the warscroll cards in Arena of Shades would help out the most fragile Death faction out there. And folks? It ain’t lookin’ too grand.
