Shiraz wine from various specially selected vintages were combined to form the ideal base for this sparkling. A little gun-powdery when first opened but very drinkable, it's best opened in the morning ready to drink in the evening (if you can wait that long! Sparkling Shiraz should be served chilled and is a very versatile wine - serve as an aperitif or with a wide range of foods including white meat dishes.

Australian shiraz has developed a name for itself on the international stage for producing high quality, distinctly varietal and bountiful wines. A versatile wine that goes well with most dishes, it is especially rewarding with tomato based Italian food and red meats. South Eastern Australia – Rich crimson Inspiring plum, cherry and chocolate aromas feature with some subtle earthy characters.Sparkling Shiraz is a very versatile wine which can be served chilled as a starter or used to match with a wide range of foods for any celebration. You confirm you are aged 18 years or over, are of legal drinking age and that any purchases you make will be for personal use only. These rich flavours coupled with fine bubbles deliver a delightful and refreshing dry sparkling wine. Finally the wine was transferred under pressure into glass to ensure the crisp beads remain as a feature for your enjoyment.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from our vineyards in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. This is a well rounded and fruity wine featuring the rich flavours of ripe plum, blackberry jam and spices. This base wine then underwent the Charmat method of secondary fermentation to deliver great fruit flavours and refreshing bubbles. McGuigan Black Label Merlot (75cl) The Black Label Wine, McGuigan’s most iconic range, is full bodied and fruit driven. McGuigan Black Label Shiraz McGuigan Black Label Shiraz is a combination of the fruit aromas of plum and blackberry with spice, pepper and cinnamon which then follows through onto the palate.Rich crimson in colour with plum, cherry and chocolate aromas, followed by rich blackcurrant and a hint of spicy oak. This is balanced with vanilla and caramel flavours to result in a wine with good depth and intensity of flavour.
