The 4 stars rather than 5 is only because I felt the ending was a little incomplete and a tad rushed. I loved each and every character and can't wait see wait to see what the future will bring for each of them! See how this fun and heart-stopping serious when a needed group of friends brings the two of them together, protects one of their own, and graduates together with grace, a fierceness for loyalty, and a love in abundance for this picked-by-choice family that is tried and true.Like watching a rose blossom, this is a beautiful story of friendship growing only to fully blossom into love. From the first page All In will have you completely wrapped up in it's expertly penned words, and quickly falling for it's endearing cast of characters. I'm supposed to be spending this year finding myself, but can I do that with him by my side or is he just another player? They knew what they were getting into though and they fought hard to hold onto what they had, and didn't let anything get in their way.
Although all the characters are teenagers the way that Ms Matthews has written them is with a degree of maturity. Bella Matthews weaves a beautifully written, heartwarming YA tale that will have you instantly hooked and devouring every word until the very end.there were a few rushed parts but I thought it was excellent and it kept my attention through out the book.
She knows her dad is going to be upset, but she's going to live her life for her, not for her parents. Brady and Nat's relationship felt quite hollow at the start - it was written that they just had this amazing connection but we didn't see that happen. Sometimes New Adult/Young Adult fiction is too whiney and emo for my tastes, but All In is not like that. Sparks fly with Coopers friend - Brady but they try not to act on their feelings on fear of upsetting Cooper or it interfering with Brady's focus on football. I loved the whole dynamic of this story and the closeness of this group of friends as they make the most of their senior year. Brady was a total sweetheart and him and Natalie made the perfect pair; their chemistry and feelings for each other was off the charts!
