I’ve noticed that dead sea salt doesn’t absorb coloring as well as other salts, but Epsom salt or sea salt works great! In a bowl, add the baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, and Epsom salt. Whisk together and add 1 1/2 tablespoon of mica powder and stir.
