A few people have mentioned the fact that there is no drop down side on the cot but you can't mark it down for that because safety guidelines now dictate that cots shouldn't have this feature.I can not fault the wardrobe or the changing table/drawers as they are beautiful, strong and after a year and a month, still immaculate even with a super sturdy baby bashing about.

I have read some sources that Mothercare will replace that part for you, however, I did not want to waste any more time since it was on the inside of the base frame. The neutral and natural design would match any nursery theme and I especially love the wood detailing around the top with curved lines so there aren't any sharp corners to bump into in the middle of the night. You are unable to lower to cotside when putting baby in which can make it difficult when the height has been lowered. Overall this is a beautiful, well designed and sturdy cot bed with space underneath for storage and will last a long time, changing to suit our growing baby.There are only images and arrows based on which direction to screw, which makes it difficult to understand the more detailed sections. Instructions are awful, lacking so much detail, and for the wardrobe a set of screws were completely missing for the changing table half the fittings broke during build.
