This should be ample enough to cover all 4 very underinflated tyres if your car has been sitting for a longer period of time.
Simple pre-set the pressure you need, attach the air hose fitting to the tyre thread and turn on the unit.

There is a LED torch on one end that has proven useful when I lost the valve cap in the dark, however it doesn't have (or really need) a very long range.
