About this deal

While the Cooghi V4 Pro 4-in-1 Scooter for Kids costs more than the other balance bike we were trying to get our toddler to use, I think it would be worth it in the long run. We even have designs that feature changeable components so they can go from scooter to skateboard in just seconds! It’s almost impossible to tip the scooter over to the front in walking bike mode, and in scooter mode it’s still quite difficult.

Warning: It is illegal to ride electric scooters on public roads (except under very specific circumstances), pavements, or cycle paths. Globber is a global scooter company, with its UK sales and marketing managed by smaller distributor, Plum. On day 1, when we showed him the scooter, he ran straight to, grabbled the handle bars and hopped on! As the child leans the handlebars to either side, the wheels pivot to turn in that direction, which is intuitive and I’d imagine is teaching them to learn to lean bikes and scooters when they get older. The Globber GO UP 4-in-1 Convertible Scooter starts as a ride-on seat for parents and caregivers to push the little one on.

Safety is a top priority with the E-MOTION 4 PLUS, featuring both E-ABS and mechanical rear brakes for efficient and safe deceleration. Please note this scooter has since been renamed as Globber Evo 4 in 1 Scooter and the most recent version is the Globber GO UP Sporty Scooter.

For further protection, we offer helmets and safety flashlights so your little ones are fully prepared for adventure out and about. The Globber EVO collection is perfect for improving children’s fine motor skills, helping your child develop as they ride and play. The baseboard is a little more flimsy than the older, more substantial Globber models or even the 3StyleScooters or Micro Scooters competitors, and it bows just a little when jumped on.We exclude liability for all warranties and conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. The folding foot rests get out of the way nicely, and are simply slotted between the seat and the lower portion of the scooter/bike. I'm also pretty confident that it'll last longer than she'll use it for so it'll most likely be passed down to any other children we have in the future as well. The plastic frame did bleach in the unusually hot sun of the summer, so we recommend stowing it in the shade in good weather.

At first bub was a bit wary of it {like she is with all ride ons} so I let her play with it how she wanted before making her sit on it. Globber advises the ride-on mode to be used from around 15 months, which our tester thought was about right – as soon as you’re sure your child can sit and hold on without toppling off! GROWS WITH YOUR CHILD The 3-height adjustable T-bar can be adjusted as your child grows and TPR grips ensure that e-scooter cruising is always comfortable. Children can keep their hands on the T-bar with the kid-friendly T-bar throttle making steering safe and easy. As the outstanding balance, plus the interest now form part of your payable balance they will attract interest at your account rate, meaning you will pay interest on interest. This didn’t affect performance or longevity, but our tester didn’t feel the scooter should be used anywhere near its maximum weight limit of 50kg. The innovative design features also puts it leaps ahead of other kids scooters and ride-ons on the market. The configuration above has the folding foot rests and parent’s handle attached, but you can remove the handle and “fence” for a non-assisted version, and as they get older you can rotate the seat 90 degrees to convert it to standing scooter mode.

After a few weeks, our toddler is getting the hang of it, and it’s replaced the stroller for most summer night walks. It also increased the riding and balancing confidence of our tester’s toddler, as she was able to practice regularly for small amounts of time. With a kid-friendly throttle integrated into the handlebars, your child can confidently steer and move at safe speeds with two built-in speed modes of 0-6km/h and 0-10 km/h. Once the child is able to push around by his or herself, the T bar handlebar comes off, becoming a pushbike that the little one can independently push around on. Our tester’s three-year-old delighted in the Go Up Comfort Play, maintained her interest in it over time and rode it constantly – over long distances and short ones, leaving it out in all weathers.
