A sole proprietorship is a type of business owned and run by one individual. This business structure is the simplest and most common form of business entity in Ghana. In a sole proprietorship, the owner has complete control over the business and is responsible for all its debts and liabilities. The owner also enjoys all the profits generated by the business. Whether you are a first-time entrepreneur or an experienced business-owner looking to expand your operations, this guide will provide you with the essential information you need to take the leap and turn your business idea into a registered entity in Ghana. Trying to fulfill one’s potential may seem like in a pie-in-the-sky, utopian concept, but it’s become increasingly clear to me that it’s the most sensical thing to do once you frame it in the proper light. The decision to set up as a limited company or a sole trader is a complex debate. Andrew Chamberlain, deputy director of policy for the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed ( IPSE) says: “A limited company gives you more flexibility in terms of how you retain money in the business, and it provides limited liability – in other words, if the company gets into financial trouble it can be contained. However, there are some responsibilities that go with being a company director and you’ll probably want to take on an accountant, which carries a cost.” While career leaps are glorified in today’s world, the reality is that most leaps are about something deeper. Ultimately, the most important jumps have little to do with our jobs, and more to do with our growth as a human being. And sure, doing fulfilling work contributes to that cause, but it’s just one of many parts of our identities that require a move into a higher realm. Led by Adle Ong, Program Designer, our "Take the Leap! for Youth," schools have the opportunity to empower their students with:Partnerships can either be general or limited. In a general partnership, all partners are jointly responsible for the debts and liabilities of the business. In a limited partnership, some general partners have unlimited liability and limited partners have limited liability.

The partnership agreement must be signed by all partners and witnessed by a Commissioner for Oaths and registered in accordance with the law. The Partnership Agreement acts as a Constitution that regulates and governs the partnership, and also serves as a binding contract between the Partners. It is now January 2020, and I am only now getting to writing a review for this book. If you need help seeing that the possibilities are out there, this book is for you. If you need help looking at ways that are outside of the box to get there, this book is for you. This book doesn't simply talk about other people doing amazing things. It also gives you steps on how to get there, all in a colorful easy-to-read format. Our program is not just about education; it's about empowerment. We're excited to collaborate with K12 institutions to shape the leaders of tomorrow." The LEAP intervention begins with an individual session where the intervention is individually conceptualized, assumed to increase personal relevance and motivation. All group sessions begin with an opportunity to raise questions and homework is always followed up. Participants are continually reminded of the importance of actively participating in the session and the importance of completing homework tasks, self-monitoring and behavioral experiments. Potential obstacles are examined to improve adherence. Concomitant care What I like about this book is that it features people from different walks of life, some of whom I know of and others I don't. The chapters are broken into short and concise sub-chapters, making the book easy to dip in and out of. It's organized into seven sections:

"How do you find your ideas?"

So, I finally finished the book and I don’t know what it is maybe I’ve read too many KA books (which has been a lot, over 50 lol). But that has never been an issue for me in the past (case in point I LOVED Chasing Serenity). Taking the Leap was a fantastic story filled with all kinds of goodness that made my heart happy. I loved the entertaining moments, the drama, all the emotion, and the healing. I loved learning about Rix and Alex, watching them fall in love, and move forward in their lives. It was a wonderful and beautiful story and I never wanted to put it down. I spent the better part of the next year releasing projects, meeting other musicians, building my audience, and to my surprise, actually selling my work too. While the income I made from music wasn’t close to what I was making at my day job, it still showed me that a viable fiscal path existed, and that it had the potential to grow as long as I kept working on it. About a year-and-a-half into pursuing music as a side hustle, I felt that I needed to make a decision about what to do next. Given that I had one foot in and one foot out, it was time to take a good look at the benefits vs. concerns of what it’d be like to take the leap into doing music full-time. Forgoing stability for the unknown is not limited to the lens of salaries and occupations. It applies to any situation where a gap exists between who you think you are today, and who you know you want to become. The Asymmetry Is Everywhere
