Mantel does something brilliant in this book: identifying the analogy between the prophetic experience – living outside time – and the experience of trauma. Alison Hart – a medium and survivor of childhood abuse – lives between worlds, between the past and the present, between the living and the dead, between the astral plane and Aldershot. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) made it clear that his did not come with a new message or invented a new religion. Allah says: Habakkuk recognizes the way violent, oppressive cultures fall to even more violent, oppressive cultures, but encourages the people of God to live differently anyway. That’s why the prophets often bring up both the acts of kindness that God showed Israel—along with examples of times God judged other nations. The most common acts of God that the prophets bring up occurred during the exodus from Egypt to Canaan, specifically:

Muslims believe that the Quran is not a book of history. The stories of the Prophets in the Quran are not detailed biographies of their lives. The Quran mentions the key points of the lives of the messengers. The stories of the messengers are like guidance for Muslims. We read in the Quran:

The prophets often envision five types of future scenarios. Two of them are specific to Israel, two are specific to the nations of the world, and one is often available to anyone listening. 1. God’s judgment on Israel Yes, you can introduce Islam to your children using prophets’ stories. The prophet stories show that the Quran is Allah’s word and that the Prophet of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him) is the final prophet. It can teach them a lot of Islam teachings in a fun way.

Muslims believe that each Prophet was given a book to support him in conveying the message to his people. The original divine revelations were preserved during the lifetime of Prophets. Later and after the death of the prophets, the followers of each prophet started to distort the original revelation. Many gospels were written in the first and second century of the Common Era. Only four gospels (Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John) were included in the official canon during the 4th century of the Common Era and are found today in every version of the Bible. The Ark of Nuh is a beautifully illustrated and imaginatively written story about Prophet Nuh (Noah) that will fascinate children before bedtime. The people of the city began discussing, “ If Ayyub was a good person, Allah wouldn’t have done this to him”. And eventually, they abandoned him— his relatives, friends, and everyone who loved and respected Ayyub deserted him, except for Rahma, his beloved wife. Prophet Ayyub’s Love For Allah This book is suitable for children aged five and above. Through puzzles, children are exposed to the famous narrative of Musa and the Pharaoh,It is our obligation as Believers to learn these stories and pass them on to our children so that they might benefit as well. Your children would grasp Allah’s nature better if you begin by informing them that everything around us, She asked him, “ Where is Ayyub? Who are you? You look very similar to him.” He replied smiling, “ It’s me!” Overjoyed, she immediately embraced him and thanked Allah for His mercy.

Teach your children about Allah’s affection for believers as well as the harshness of his retribution on those who reject his message. For years Ayyub continued to suffer through his condition, with none but Rahma by his side to take care of him. They had no money and no income, so his wife took up a job to provide for him. But the people of the city did not allow Rahma to work for long for they feared that she would afflict them with the same illness as her husband. Ayyub meanwhile, continued to pray to Allah to give him the strength and patience to endure this pain and suffering. And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all].}(Quran 40:78) Many people utter or write prophetic statements in the Bible, but not all of them are specifically referred to as prophets. Perhaps the best example is Saul, who would become the king of Israel. Saul falls under the influence of God’s spirit and begins prophesying—although we don’t know what he said (1 Samuel 10:9–12). So while Saul technically speaks prophesy, his role in the story of Israel isn’t a prophetic one, and so the Bible doesn’t treat him like a prophet. So, it is safe to conclude that all the original copies of the gospels are lost. What we have today are just handwritten copies based on replications taken from the original revelation.

Upon reading the Quran, we can figure out that the stories of the Prophets are narrated in small pieces and over several chapters. The only exception to this rule is the story of Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) which occupies one chapter (see Chapter 12). They’ll learn from qualified teachers that will introduce them to the most complex concepts of Islam in the easiest way.
