The lid is incredibly easy to open one handed, Alpicool have added a really handy chain to the lid which prevents it from over extending and damaging the hinges. I can’t help but feel that they could have used stronger hinges like the ones that are featured on the YETI Roadie 24. The chain though, is a decent alternative and perhaps a cost reduction method. fridges can be compressor and thermoelectric ones. The compressor-based fridges/freezers like Alpicool or Dometic CFX-65 provide more effective cooling, lowering temperatures much better than thermoelectric models do, and have higher capacity. Temperature range: +10 to -22ºC. There are separate cooling compartments for vegetables and fruits. You can control the temperature directly on the unit or use the Wi-Fi app. Based on the comparison table, it is understandable that if you need a mini fridge that can cool and warm your items, the Denver Small Mini Fridge or the MONCOOK Mini Fridge may be a good choice. If you need a larger capacity mini fridge that can freeze items and is designed for use in a vehicle, then the Alpicool G22 Car Fridge may be a better option.
