Description

Most people will find no issues with sulfate, however if you find your skin doesn't like sulfates then free feel to avoid them by looking out for the sulfate-free icon on Skincarisma. Also I got a Nacific item and didn’t get a Stray Kids PC which I have come to expect now which is maybe a little selfish but I was really sad I didn’t get one this time! Pyunkang Yul's minimalist approach to skincare shines through in this cream, focusing on quality ingredients that deliver remarkable results. The Intensive Repair Cream provides the essential hydration and skin-repairing benefits my skin craves, ensuring that my skin's protective barrier stays strong and resilient. Water, Glycerin, Methylpropanediol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Glyceryl Stearate, Arachidyl Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol, Arachidyl Glucoside, Phenyl Trimethicone, Cetearyl Glucoside, Beeswax, Sorbitan Stearate, Cellulose Gum, Ceramide NP, Paeonia Lactiflora Bark/Sap Extract, Fragrance, Cornus Officinalis Fruit Extract, Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, Yeast Beta-Glucan, Copper Tripeptide-1, Butylene Glycol, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Powder, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Octyldodecanol, Carbomer, Hydroxyacetophenone, Myrtus Communis (Myrtle) Extract, Tropaeolum Majus (Nasturtium) Extract, Tromethamine, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin These include: Amodimethicone, Behenoxy Dimethicone, Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone, Cetearyl Methicone, Cetyl Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Dimethicone Copolyol, Dimethiconol, Methicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Stearoxy Dimethicone, Stearyl Dimethicone, Trimethylsilylamodimethicone.

Deeply hydrating cream formulated with peptides, ceramides and botanical extracts designed to provide deep hydration all day, perfect for dry or dehydrated skin. Pyunkang Yul’s innovative cold press technology allows the cream and its nutrients to be easily absorbed into the skin. Ingredients The Pyunkang yul repair cream does not pill under concealer or foundation. Pilling is a major pet peeve of mine so I am always very critical of how creams perform as a makeup base. This Pyunkang Yul cream is formulated without fragrance! I don’t mind a little fragrance in my products, but fragrance in skincare is usually unnecessary. Fragrance can be irritating to some people’s skin and it can also cause headaches. If you and/or your skin are sensitive to fragrance, this cream and the entire Pyunkang Yul line would be a great fit for you! There has been some healthy controversy surrounding them due to a few studies finding paraben presence in breast tumours and breast tissue. However, the majority of the scientific community have deemed these findings non-conclusive due to the limitations of these studies. Since incorporating this cream into my routine, I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin's overall texture and appearance. It has been especially effective in soothing dry patches and calming any irritation, all while keeping my skin's barrier intact.

The Silicone-free label only includes the most common Silicone ingredients that have indentified been reported by individuals that could potentially cause issues. The EU Allergen Free label is for the 26 ingredients identified by the EU SCCS and products will be only flagged if a suspected ingredient is on it's ingredient list. It is possible for cosmetics to contain one of the suspect ingredients without it appearing on the ingredient list due to it not reaching the concentration threshold to disclose it and cosmetic manufacturers choice to not disclose it.However some sulfates are so good at their job, they can wash off your skin’s own natural oils that keep it moisturised and protected which can lead to dryness and irritation. If you are concerned about the health safety of parabens, then feel free to avoid them by looking out for the Paraben-Free icon. To ensure a safe and effective skincare experience, we highly recommend performing a patch test before using a new product. Patch testing helps determine if your skin has any potential sensitivities or allergies to the ingredients. Learn how to conduct a patch test by following our step-by-step instructions here. Your skin's health and well-being matter to us! Water, Glycerin, Methylpropanediol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Glyceryl Stearate, Beeswax, Arachidyl Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol, Arachidyl Glucoside, Phenyl Trimethicone, Cetearyl Glucoside, Sorbitan Stearate, Cellulose Gum, Ceramide NP, Paeonia Lactiflora Bark/Sap Extract, Cornus Officinalis Fruit Extract, Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, Beta-Glucan, Copper Tripeptide-1, Butylene Glycol, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Powder, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Octyldodecanol, Carbomer, Hydroxyacetophenone, Myrtus Communis (Myrtle) Extract, Tropaeolummajus (Nasturtium) Extract, Tromethamine, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol

Pityrosporum Folliculitis/Malassezia folliculitis or simply known as Fungal Acne is a persistent acne-like condition that commonly responds poorly to traditional acne-treating methods. Unlike most cases of Acne where bacteria is the culprit, Fungi is the culprit of Fungal Acne (Hence the name!). There are certain classes & groups of ingredients that have been shown to promote and feed the growth of the Fungal Acne, Fungi such as fatty acids, oils, esters, polysorbates and fermented ingredients. For the same reasons they are popularly used, they are also commonly avoided. Anecdotally, many individuals have reported that Silicones cause/excerbate breakouts, irritation, cause a feeling of skin being unable to breathe, cause clumping of cosmetic products and find it difficult to wash off. As a result, those who find them problematic are avoiding them and increasingly, cosmetic companies are avoiding them as well. If not, don't worry about it - they do have had one of the longest safety records as preservatives! There's still a lot of support for avoiding parabens following the better safe than sorry route. If you do we completely support you!

REVIEWS

Additionally, products that may contain ingredients that have shown to feed Malassezia may not neccessarily exacerbate the condition due to concentration of ingredient used in the product, this information is simply not available on the products.

I’ve noticed that creams like the Farmacy beauty honey halo cream and this Pyunkang Yul cream that have ceramides in the formula do not look as glowy on the skin. They have more of what I would describe as a radiant matte finish. I wouldn’t say this bothers me, but I do like to have a glowy base under foundation to avoid cakey or dry looking makeup. When using a ceramide cream like this one, I like to use a hydrating or glowy makeup primer like the Laura Mercier hydrating primer to get the sheer glow finish I desire for my foundation. They help loosen up the dirt and grime from your skin and hair to allow for water to wash it away with ease. This Intensive Repair Cream from Pyunkang Yul combines a great selection of ingredients to deliver deep hydration. Using their innovative 'Cold Press' technology, the natural ingredients are extracted in such a way as to give them maximum effectiveness. At SkinCarisma, we've done our best to identify as many ingredients as possible but note the fungal-free label may not be 100% accurate due to the complexconditions and combination of ingredients that malezzeria can thrive on.
